"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst experience I've ever had with an online store....
If you decide to order from them, expect absolutely no assistance if anything goes wrong. If you decide to return your item, be aware you will never receive a replacement or a refund.

My Story:
Ordered a router 10/11/2009, item was defective (DOA), sent it back 10/23. Techsunny received it and marked it "In Test" on 10/30/2009.

Two weeks went by with no updates and no communication. I emailed Techsunny a number of times and never received a response.

Eventually, on 11/24 I involved Paypal and Disputed the transaction. Techsunny never responded to the dispute either, and after investigation Paypal agreed to refund my purchase..... Funny thing is, as of 12/9/09 Techsunny's order status for me still says "In Test"

In summary, if you ever have anything go wrong with your product or need help post-sale, don't expect TechSunny to have any interest in helping you. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else."

"I ordered on 11/26/09, shipped on 12/8/09, and find out on 12/16/09 that it is "Undeliverable as Addressed." Any attempts to reach them result in nothing. Now, as of 1/6/09, the website is gone. I have already disputed this charge with my credit card, and I have my money back. People, please contact your credit card companies. It is quicker than going through PayPal or Google Checkout. The credit card company will tell you that Techsunny will have to prove that you did in fact receive your order in order to take back that money."

"I ordered Western Digital WDTV Box Media Player (as a refurbish onet). The product just received in the mail today, Friday 10/16/09. The remote DOES NOT SEEM TO BE WORKING after I inputs new batteries inside the batteries compartment. I cannot control or move the select menu on the TV screen. The remote seemed to be DOA. Left 2 voicemails and the vendor did return a phone call. The vendor decided to ship a pre-paid label for sending the defective product back. Vendor will credit a full refund to my account as soon as they received the product. "

"Techsunny has a nice looking site and interesting inexpensive hardware.

However, they are too slow to ship items. I'm still waiting on my order to ship, almost a full week (7 days later).

The phone number listed on the site rings busy and they do not respond to emails in a timely fashion, I'm still waiting for a reply.

This leads me to believe this company is not reputable. Though for some reason their rating here is still ok. With my first experience, seems like their rating should be much lower.

I would steer clear of these guys.

Update: I was able to get a hold of someone by phone at Techsunny.com. I spoke with Kevin. He assured me the item would arrive tomorrow.

Update: Techsunny shipped my items via next day air... that probably was not cheap for them. It concerns me when a company has issues like this on the first try.

"In stock Item I ordered seems to take quite a few days before it ships. It seems it may take up to 7 days for an item to be transferred to the store from the vendor warehouse when its listed as in stock before it ships. I ordered on 27-Aug-2009 & in an email I sent on 01-Sept was told it would ship the next day. Now I am told it will ship by 04-Sept.

Emails are always answered but the shipping delay is a bit long for an in stock item in this case.

I have already paid for USPS Express International delivery so I would expect it be delivered via this method at the least!!!"
