Thanks to eBay and PayPal for the outstanding service I have receive a full refund from eBay for item purchase that never arrived from techsunny, Thank you eBay for the excellent service and for getting my money back in such a short time, 5 STARS for eBay and 5 STARS for PayPal, 0 STARS for TECHSUNNY, eBay and the Federal Postal Service (USPS) should go after techsunny for mailing FRAUD."

"Whew! I am so relieved! I thought I was alone. I too, purchased a 32 GB iPod Touch from these guys on the 16th of December, intending to give it as a Christmas present. Needless to say, it has never even been shipped, let alone arrived. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me and I am not quite sure what to do. I bought a PS3 250 GB on Dec 18th as a present for my husband. With the fed ex 2-day shipping, I figured the worst that would happen is I'd get my package on Xmas eve. I was confident about the purchase because the website said orders are usually processed within 2 business days and I asked for fed ex 2 day shipping.

So it is now Dec. 29th and I haven't received anything from this company. Not only is my order still in process, but I haven't received a reply to my emails. "Horrible, horrible, horrible company. I have been ordering online for 12 years and have never come across anything like this. On Dec. 16, 2009 I ordered 3 Sony PSP's for each of my 3 kids for Christmas. They charged my card on the 16th and sent an email stating that the package went out on the 17th. They sent a USPS tracking number but it is now Dec. 28 as of this writing and no package and USPS says it has not been shipped by Techsunny yet. They only sent a notification of shipping but not shipped the actual items yet. I am in Los Angeles County and local to Techsunny so it should not take more than 3 days to get here.

I have been calling and their machine does not accept messages. I have sent several emails since Dec 23 and no reply. My kid's Christmas has been ruined and the worst thing is still no answer I can give them as to when to expect their presents.
