" I ordered on Dec 12. Got an email saying it was shipped on 14-Dec-09 with tracking #. However, the tracking never changed and in fact the PO never received the package. Calling the company got me a busy signal and emails went unanswered. I cancelled the order through my credit card. I would warn anyone that these people are frauds. I have notified the local BBB and the AG. "

I too have been swindled!! The people who work for and run this company should be executed for stealing from people. Maybe we can implement a punishment like they do in the mid-east...an eye for an eye sort of thing...

I also ordered an Ipod Touch i was supposed to receive by xmas...guess what my girlfriend did not open that day?

I also called and email with no response. Placed a claim with my card carrier and also with Paypal. Hopefully I will get reimbursed some way.

I have called and emailed countless times with no answers and no responses. I have given into filing a fraud dispute with my bank. This is ridiculous. The shipping info on the site said it would ship within 2-5 days. It's now New Years Eve and the status on their site still says "Order Processing". I have received no tracking number. Hmmm, I think I see a pattern. I also have been "TechSunny'd" I ordered a blue-tooth GPS unit on 12/16/09 they immediately charged my CC. The next day (12/17/09) I was sent a USPS tracking number. To this day 12/31/09 I have not received the package nor has the tracking information changed. I have attempted calling them twice (just rings then I get disconnected after about 15 rings) and emailed them 4 times (no response). Thankfully I paid by credit card so I have some recourse.

"Here is my situation and it seems like we were all suckered in. I purchased a PSP Go from ebay and paid them ASAP. On the 12/11 received email that it was sent usps 1st class from California. I assumed that it would arrive way before christmas. Also, they provided me a tracking number.

Now I work from home and there was no package until 12/23 and I went off the NYC for xmas. On the 24th, I had someone come by my place to check if the pacakage arrived and was told that there was nothing there. Later that afternoon I went to visit the usps site and it showed that it was delivered. Called my friend to come by again, but there was no package. Now I arrived the next day puzzled and upset since this was my son's xmas present. I was wondering if there could have been a theft, but my neighbors across the street have several packages outside their front door. Hmm.....Why me? I finally spoke to my mailman tomorrow and asked if he recalls this package, his response was no.

Now, I am wondering can techsunny manipulate a tracking number? Also, do I have any recourse? I have tried multiple times to reach them, but can't leave a voicemail and they are now deregistered with ebay.

"I ordered my wife a Ipod Touch 32GB for a Christmas present. Christmas has come and gone and my wife still has no present. It's Dec.30 now and these people won't answer their phone or emails. All I have is a tracking number for usps which just shows that they were notified that they would receive a package for shipping, nothing showing that they ever shipped anything. This is a scam and needs to be investigated! I filed a complaint with Pay Pal and called my credit card company who reversed the charges and put them in dispute while they investigate. Whew!"

"You folks are not alone. I ordered the 32gb touch on December 17th. To date, I have not been able to contact them via email or phone. USPS has tracking number but no confirmation item was shipped. Also called the phone number they supplied to credit card company which is a Pay pal number. No help there since they refer you back to your credit card. "Good to know we are not alone; but to fill you in on our story. On 12/9/09, we ordered a 24" Vizio Television. We were given a tracking number and on 12/22/09 we were told by the post office that that tracking number was delivered to our home. However, it was not a Television it was a piece of paper (flier). We purchased the TV through Ebay and filed a claim and today we received our money back. I also made several attempts to contact this company by phone however it was either a busy signal and/or a recording that the mailbox was full. They never responded to emails. When we purchased from them they had great ratings and then the month of december the company went down hill. This company is a FRAUD!!!"

"Purchased an XBox through Ebay on 12/11/09. USPS First Class Tracking number and email announcing item shipped on 12/14/09. By 12/20/09 USPS had only reported a tracking number was issued to the seller, but USPS had not yet received the package for shipment. Numerous inquiries through ebay and Techsunny.com emails were unanswered. Opened item not received case with ebay on 12/23/09. Still no response by 12/30/09 and continued calls have gone unanswered.

Los Angeles County Sheriff has a department specifically oriented with catching and prosecuting individuals like this. If enough people call and file criminal complaints, they will have to prioritize the case by the amount of money defrauded. As well, simple nuisance of fielding so many calls will create a case for prosecution.

Taking your money is one count of fraud/theft while each communication providing shipping information or statements of "shipped" can be classified as Mail/Wire Fraud adding another count to the indictment if not, switching the jurisdiction to Federal Prosecutors with deeper pockets to adjudicate and incarcerate the owner(s) of this company.
