"I ordered the new 32G Ipod for my daughter. IT has not arrived as of 12/28 yet they charged my card and confirmed that it shipped on 12/17. I have tried to call but the mailbox is full and they do not give you any other options. I have tried the tracking number they sent me for USPS but they only confirm they were notified to expect a package not that they ever received the package to mail."

"Nightmare...they charged my bank account on 12/18/09. It is now 12/28/09 and they will not pick up there phone or respond to emails. They have not shipped my camera but have charged my account. They are in the business of taking peoples money. Thats it!!"

"Guess I can add my warning of this company. Not sure if it was because of my last minute shopping for this item, but, we made a phone call to TechSunny before placing the order. We called at 1:15 PT (4:15 ET) and talked to a gentleman who said as long as we placed the order within the next 30 minutes, it would get processed and shipped that day (12/18/2009). At that point my wife hit purchase for a 32 GB Ipod touch and we received confirmation email that the order was recieved and payment received at 1:20:13 PM PT (4:20 PM ET) on 12/18/2009.

Well, here I sit on Christmas day with no 32 GB Ipod touch for my son. I ordered batteries for my laptops and also replacement parts for my broken 8GB 2nd Generation Ipod touch before 5:00 PM ET (2:00 PM PT) from 2 different California based sellers and we received those items on Monday 12/21/2009 (thank you so much to those guys), so we know it is not an issue with the delivery service. We hoped and prayed all the way up through 6:00 PM on 12/24/2009 for a miracle, but there was not one in this case.

Now, I am in a quandry, because the money for the touch was taken from my account on Friday 12/18/2009 and was still showing as being taken from my account through my last check on Tuesday 12/22. I checked my account today and what to my wondering eyes should appear, but no charge from TechSunny and my money reappears. Now I am not sure what to do, because you can't get anything but recorded messages and full mailboxes when you try to call them. I would love to be able to go buy my son his gift tomorrow....but not sure what this company is going to do!!!!

I just want my son to have his gift he has waited so patiently for!!!

"Do not buy from TechSunny!!!!!!! I ordered 32GB ipod touch that was shown as "in stock" on Dec 21 at 4AM.
I wish I've read reviews of other buyers before I placed my order. In 4 days after the order was paid it's still shown "payment received, order in processing". Dozens of e-mails that I sent them trying to find out actual status of my order were not answered, not a single one. All my phone calls (about 40-50 calls) were routed to voice mail box that even had no space for a message.
Messages that I sent to TechSunny via their web interface brought me to the same point - no answer. I had enough and my daughter did too as that was her Christmas present that she did not get in-time and most likely won't get at all if I do not re-order it elsewhere.
I'll have to take care of this matter with a help of my credit card company as I lost my patience and can not wait for ages for reply from TechSunny. Based on my experience dealing with TechSunny and reading other customers' reviews I must admit that this on-line store has no rights to exist. They are nothing but fraud.

"Do not buy anything from this "techsunny.com"
It is fault. I bought this ipod touch, they took money from my credit card and I never receive my order. I have called all day. wasting my christmas spirit. No answere from them. The phone number is there but not existed. I hope law will procecute this company. How many people lives got ruined by the way techsunny conducts the business.

"DO NOT buy from this company. I purchase a 15 inch lcd tv combo and never recieved the package. Contacted the seller and they said the package was shipped. after waiting for the package a little over 2 weeks I found out today there is no package. This is awful i had bought this for my son for Christmas. I tried to call them and the same thing happened to me too. NEVER buy from them. DONT let the same thing happen to you. No package they took my money and was never shipped"

"I had the samething happen. I bought an Ipod Touch for my husband as this site had the best price. They took my money and now there is no I pod!! I have called and all I get is a busy signal and USPS which is where the tracking number is "supposidly" from can't help either.

"Ordered Ipod touch early 12/18/09. The money was quickly deducted from my account but 5 days later their website states the order is still in processing. This item was listed as in stock. I don't uderstand what the problem is. I have tried calling them and get a message stating there is no one there to answer my call and can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. "I ordered 2 ipod touches (32gb) which were stated as "in stock". The order was updated with a tracking number on day 2. I was unable to follow the tracking number since only the information was sent to the shipper, not the package. I have called for DAYS, left messages, emails, and even faxes, asking for a responce to my order--- without any response. Most of the time I call, all I get is a busy signal or "the mailbox is full" message. BUYER BEWARE."

"i ordered this laptop on a sat then got a usps tracking number on the fallowing monday called them because i kept checking the tracking number so i called on wed and they said it was shipped will i went to the usps and nothing from them had been shipped so i called and they lied and gave me the run around and said it was shipped then the guy who answers teh phone said they would ship it out the next day fedex so i told them to give me my money back to send me a check they said no so im still waiting to get my money back and when i call now they hang up so i contacted my lawyer to file lawsuit beware they are a middle man they dont have anything in stock the get from other suppliers be warned u wont get any customer service they are very rude and will lie to you "

"Ordered 4 Bluetooth Stereo transmitters/receivers that were $55 each. They charged S&H and insurance. What I actually received was 7 6ft firewire cables. To top it off, the name on the package and the address was partially wrong. It only made it to me because my building number and office was right as well as the zipcode.

I have tried calling their number and get nothing but a voice box to leave a recording. Done... but not call backs.

I've left a message using their online contact form... still no reply back from them.

I've sent them a couple of direct emails... nothing.

Finally, I'm going to reseller ratings to warn others about bad customer experiences. I will be disputing the charge, but I really want to give them a chance to make it right. I would have liked to have heard back from them in 24 hours. It's now been over 48 hours and there's no excuse for that. If it gets resolved satisfactorily, I'll edit this listing. If I don't... AVOID TECHSUNNY.COM.

"I have to say that this was my most bitter experience in dealing with an online retailer ever in my 10years!!! I ordered a PSU that their website CLEARLY stated was in stock. They charged my PayPal immediately. Let it be known, they never had the item and it took them 2 days to let me know that they never had the item!

When they finally got the PSU in stock I placed my order again (don't know what I was thinking!) and all was well until I decide that I would like to change the item to another PSU that they had. The order had not shipped yet and was in the "Pick & Pack" stage. I called in to clearly express my desire to change the item to another one. THe rep unfortunately told me that they couldn't and it had to ship out. Why couldn't they change the order? I am the customer right? It would cause me more aggravation and expense to receive the item and pay for shipping back to them to have it replaced.

THey ended up shipping me the PSU as ordered and did not even attend to their customers concern. I received the original item ordered and when i asked them if I could return it for the other PSU, they said OK.... but I have to now pay the shipping back to me and pay the new price of the PSU which went up in price. They wouldn't even cover partial shipping or even honor the lower price of the PSU wanted to exchange with.

Oh and getting a hold of them is a challenge. You'll have to wait until the next day to receive a response! Time to ship is also not responsive.

If there is one good thing to say, I am happy that they declared the PSU lower than it is to save on duties.

Overall, I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
