"I ordered 3 network Hubs from Techsunny on 7-22-09. I received the wrong parts. I have been trying for a week to contact somebody at Techsunny and have not been able to do so. I have tried leaving voicemails, emailing customer servic e and filling out the online forms. Nothing works. I am getting tired of not receiving any answer whatsoever. My first call was placed immediately after I received the product on Monday July 27. I have yet to hear from them. I think I will probably be stuck with product I do not need. I have a limited time to return these and i am wondering if that is why they are ignoring me. I am very dissatisfied at this point.

Update - August 6, 2009
After filling out a poor review, I finally received a call within an hour of posting it and was promised the new parts would be shipped out immediately. I received the correct parts on August 4. After finally talking to somebody at Techsunny, the issue was resolved quickly. I am very happy with the end result.
However, Contacting them was way too difficult. Voice mail was full and no extensions seemed to work. I got stuck in the phone system menu without a way to reach a live person. E-mail never was acknowledged.
They did finally get my issue resolved to my satisfaction and I may be willing to give them another shot in the future. I would like to see them fix their means of contact however."

"Where can I begin.. I know.. HORRIBLE!!!!
I purched a network card from them that was faulty. I asked for a store credit so I may get a better card instead of getting the same brand. They responded with no problem and say I can have such. Then I get an email saying I am getting a refund through payapl (which was what I paid through). I paid $13.95 (yes you get what you pay for) for the network card, and recieved... $6.31 refund, less than half what I paid for it. I asked for the rest of it, no answer. I filed a complaint with paypal, they couldnt do anything. I emailed them atleast 10 times over a 2 month period, no response.

Ordered two wired optical mice, and was sent one wrong mouse (ordered a A4 Tech OP620 Standard Optical PS2 Mouse, got a A4 Tech OP620D Standard Optical PS2 Mouse).
They don't pay attention to specific options and features at all. I emailed them and they answered - you can send it back.
It means they don't care about your order.
They care about money only. You will pay for they mistakes.
I won't recommend them to my friends or somebody else.
I'll never order another thing from them.
