The one I received was listed at $2 less and not the close to what I ordered. Also came in a bag from Costco, I thought that very odd. I called them and they said they would send the correct item with an airbill to return the wrong item, that was 6 weeks ago, nothing resolved yet. I'll never order another thing from them."

"I got an amazing deal on some really great PC cases, and shipping was very reasonable. The shipping packaging was better than others I have used.
There was a discrepancy from the manufacturer's supplied image. After i emailed them concerning this issue, I was called on the phone immediately by a friendly and helpful sales rep. It couldnt have been 15 minutes. He explained why the picture differed from the product, and offered a good solution, in giving me a valuable coupon for future purchases on their site.
I look forward to future purchases from their site, and hope they take care of this discrepancy between the manuf. image and actual product. Overall a good experience. :)"
