"The phone associates (I had to call twice) were unable to see my online cart. I had issues with not being able to complete my online order for weeks, that is the only reason I had to call. Nobody was able to help with how to actually complete an online order. I am a working mom with a 6 month old and a 4 year old and the only time I have had to shop is online in the evening when the chat and phone lines are unavailable. You made it so damn hard to give you my money. I will be shopping at Eileen Fisher and Nordstrom much more as they have great digital experiences.
