"Shopping in the store at Talbots is a pleasure! Your catalog department is a joke!The last three times I have placed a catalog order it has been a nightmare!I ordered a skirt in October as soon as the catalog came out and as soon as I did I got a text it was on back order, then a text I had good taste it was sold out. I went back to the store I was assured they had the skirt I the catalog once again. This time I got the same message as the first one then they didn’t even tell me I wasn’t getting it until I called to inquire!I was in the store last week to get a pair of shorts! Could not find what I wanted the salesperson offered to order them. I reluctantly agreed after my last disaster. She placed an order for me! Then I found some shorts in the store that were longer then I wanted but acceptable. I ask her to call and cancel the order she just placed. Which she did no problem.
