"Beware of this business!
1. They don't mind to tell you lies about when the products are shipped: They tell you they are on their way but cannot produce a tracking number. After a couple weeks they say the products you bought are in a container coming from China (and still insist they have it in stock!!!???).
2. The description and technical information advertised is not accurate: I bought a Blu Ray home theater system. It was described as a Blu Ray home theater system in the invoice. When it arrived it was a DVD home theater system. They changed the information in the website and claimed that I was confused... but couldn't change the description in the invoice they sent.
3. The products delivered are not the models you buy: I bought a Samsung 55 LCD UA55D6400 and received a UA55D6000. After investigating their "involuntary mistake" they accepted to refund the price difference. 3 months later there is no refund yet.
4. Customer service is non-existent: I wasted hours calling and e-mailing every couple days during the last 3 months to find a resolution and they simply don't answer. When you are lucky to talk with somebody they apologize and assure you that it will be immediately resolved (that I will have the refund in 2 business days)."

A panasonic DVR that will not play off the shelf USA generated media because of wrong region. Well i live here! Been on the phone too a number of personnel at sams', no one has called to resolve this problem, tech, sales, management, no one. Can't even get an RMA to send it back, which i hate to do."

bissell-proheat-2x-plus-ex9500e-steam-cleaner-for-220-volts for use here in Melbourne Australia. Gee, they ain't light to carry. It took only roughly seven business days to arrive at my door!! via USPS with tracking. Good job. Although the goods are pricey compared to similar US 110 volt goods, similar product with different brand name(Wertheim) will cost me $400 more to buy here.
after putting them all together and pluging a plug adaptor, everything works perfectly and have no problem after two days of using it.

"Bought a Sony CFD S01 CD Radio. Was sent a US model that uses 220 volts. Asked "Benny" for help - he sent me the WRONG plug adapter - it did not work and SMStores own tech support told me that "Benny" sent the wrong plug adapter - that needed a plug adapter with a transformer!!!! So Far received the unit 4/11 And still cannot use it on AC power.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SAMSTORES AGAIN.

i WILL ASK MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO SUSPEND PAYMENT TO THEM UNTIL I RECEIVE THE CORRECT ADAPTER.

"God, I wish I had read some of these reviews (not the obvious self-praise of the store posing as purchasers) before making my purchase. First they sent me a damaged model. They did not want to accept the return until I got my credit card company involved. It took over two months to get the replacement, and then when I did get it, it was a used item and a completely different model than what I paid for. And useless to me, because it does not meet the specifications that the original model did.
