"I bought a printer/scanner for my home office. Apparently the machine was 220 volts. So not for the U.S. market. a Samstores rep promptly called me to make sure I really wanted this or whether I wanted the version for the U.S. Very cool, right?
When I received the machine 10 days later (even though I paid $70 for 3 day shipping), I noticed that that the model was completely different. So I googled that model # and realized that I had paid $345 for a machine that is readily available at places like target and bestbuy for $130. Any cool points that Samstores got for correcting my order error were lost once I knew that they had actually greatly profited off my ignorance.
I emailed the store to give them the opportunity to make the situation "right." No reply.
My advice: don't do business with companies like this that take advantage of people's mistakes. Or if you do, make sure you know exactly what you're buying."

My wife and I flew to Chicago to check there products.
We spoke to very polite decent guy name abbey. He showed all different product they had in the warehouse with pricing and features.
They where some product they had to order directly from factory. But the overall patience and dedication they showed was excellent.
We also checked other stores in Chicago area but ultimately decided with samstores.com due to overall experience with them.
We went back home and after 2 weeks called them placed the order.
We ship to freight forwarder in Florida and later on got all our shipment sealed packed and seen.
