"This was the biggest 220 volts electronic store I have seen in USA.I am from Michigan was moving my family back to Europe and saw there store online. Could not belive that there was a store in chicago which would carry so many appliances at good price for oveseas use. I gave them a suprise vist and I was suprised to see all the items they had was real and in stock. We took 2hours to decided and made our list. The sales people where very nice to shows us there warehouse and all the products.
Placed the order with small shipping fee. There was no sales tax shipped to Michigan. That save some money for extra shopping.I got all my stuff delivered within 4 days.
These guys are awesome.

"I have ordered Electrolux Magil Mill Mixer with Chef Pack by calling their sales department. The price of the unit with the chef pack was $699.00 plus $29.00 ground shipping. The transection went smoothly. I provided my credit card number and checked with the sale rep that the item was operating at 110 volts since Samstores sell also mostly 220 volts items. While I was expecting my order being shipped I received an e-mail indicating that I should call them. Indeed the next day (Saturday, July 24th) I called them. After several attempts I managed the talk with sale representative, Peter (ext # 200). He told me that the chef pack was not available. I stated him that I ordered by phone and while ordering nobody told me that and immediately mentioned that they were still advertising the unavailable item on their website. Then he said that he would do his best to send me chef pack from a display item but he said that he needed to get the approval from the manager on Monday. I thanked him and one hour later I decided to call them back because I did not like their way of selling the non-existing item in their inventory. I again talked with Peter to start the cancellation but he promised me that after talking with his manager on Monday he would ship me the mixer plus the chef pack. I clearly told him not to ship the items before calling me that everything is OK. I called him and this time talked with Andy (ext # 201). He was not aware of the situation and he said that Peter would call me. I called again and talked with Peter. He said that there was a new shipment and he was checking whether the chef pack was in the shipment. I called him next day (Tuesday) and he said that he would arrange the chef pack. Lateron while checking my credit cards they have already charged me on July 23rd even though I stated that they should not do anything after being sure whether they had the item in their inventory. To make the story shorter, the item shipped on Tuesday (July 27th) and I received today some part of the advertised chef pack (fruit and berry strainer abnd press is mixing) without the mixer. I called them back and this time I talked with Rad (ext# 202). He said that he would call the warehouse and than call me back. I waited an hour and I called him. He said that the item was shipped and no tracking information was available.
The mixer was supposed to be a wedding anniversary present for my wife. She received the attachments without the mixer. I am supposed to call them back on Monday to talk with the manager. Monday I will call them at 11:00 AM central time. Talk with Rad and maybe the mysterious manager and try to resolve the issue. Interestingly as a family we will be on vacation.

I still have faith that I will receive my gift mixer and missing part. I will update you when this happens. Please pray for me.

UPDATE: Thanks to Peter. He called me today and resolved the situation. We are receiving the mixer on Wednesday.

"I ordered a few item from samstores just recently. I had provided them with a deadline because I was flying within two weeks of placing the order. I was told that I would receive all of my 5 transformers and dvd player at the stated date. I was provided with the tracking numbers of the shipment so I can go online and track my shipment by myself. That was great work I had experience. Thank you Samstores"

"I also ordered from this company. I found the specific product on their website that I wanted in stock. I received a call stating that the item was not available, and they could send me a similar item for around the same price. I agreed over the phone. I received a product that was not for use in the United States despite being told it was "Universal." I called for weeks trying to request a refund or exchange. I got nowhere. After several attempts, I finally got someone to send me an RMA form to fax back. I immediately faxed it back hoping to get an RMA number assigned. I never heard back. I called after a week and was told they never received my fax. I faxed it again. No word back. I called a few days later and was told that they would not refund. No problem, I'll take an exchange. Refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After a few more phone calls to them, I was finally told that I was approved for an exchange. I spoke with someone named Santu that told me that he was looking for a similar product to exchange with. He told me to call him the next day. I tried to call him every day for a week. He was unavailable every time, and never returned my call. I finally spoke with Peter, the manager. He berated me over the phone. His hostile, angry call was not acceptable. He also told me that he would try to find a comparable model to exchange for me. That was two weeks ago. I still have not heard back from him. Their argument is that this is beyond their 30-day return policy. It's only taken that long because I've had to call them on several occasions for several weeks to get anywhere. They've avoided handling this problem. They won't return my calls. I originally placed this order 5 months ago. I have a useless product sitting in the original box doing me no good. "

"Everything I was told by the sales rep, and the information provided to me by email from this "company" was false.
The shipping/tracking information is a scam, they tell you one thing but do another. They said the item was shipped on the day the item was purchased, that was the first lie, then four days later when I asked for a tracking number, they said they don't have one, then when the item finally arrived, it was used, damaged and was not what I ordered.
Should I continue...
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !
Save yourself the headaches.
Buy from a reputable business, it is well worth the cost and you will have peace of mind and get what you want.

PLEASE NOTE:
Follow up to this Review,
The defective product I purchased from Samstores was returned via FedEx, with correct Tracking information, and Samstores refused to accept delivery twice.
Not only do they sell used, damaged prducts, but they will play these endless silly games with you.
For $100., it's just not worth all of the aggrevation.

Update:
The oiginal online order invoice shipping stated "yes" as per the conversation with the sales person. Then after the problems with this company began, they changed the order invoice online to "NO" shipping.
Curious, why would they do that after the fact?
The incorrect item had been received well after the date they promised,and was returned to them, then they changed the invoice shipping infomation from "yes" to "no".
Doing this can only mean one thing...covering their tracks.
I am glad I made copies of timelines and documents, learned that while working in a Government agency, just in case.
