Scammers

"Sold me stools that were a completely different size and color than described on the website. They made me pay to ship them back, which was half the price I spent on them. I never received any money back and had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a police report. Stay away from this online scam!"

Still waiting on parts to assemble table

"Ordered a table and 6 chairs on 2/12/22 thinking it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. Five days later, I received a text asking if our items could be delivered the next day. I found that odd, but was excited. I quickly worked to get rid of our old table to make space for the new one. The delivery guys showed up - it wasn’t exactly white glove service (no shoe covers - just came into house still wearing shoes) but they assembled the chairs quickly. Unfortunately they discovered no screws were included for our table and they suggested I open a claim and they said it should get resolved quickly. After they left, I noticed one of the chairs had a flaw so I tried to call customer service and discovered they don’t take calls and asked for a call back. Instead I received an email saying I could have 40% of the purchase price of my chair off the price of one item in the future. I just wanted a new chair so I had to argue with them on that and they relented. However, it is now 3/31 and we still do not have screws to assemble the table and will be up against the return window on our credit card. We asked rove about returning the table and they said we would have to pay $250 to return it - if we need to, we will dispute that with our credit card as Rove never delivered on the items needed to assemble the table. We have been without a table for 6 weeks and with four young kids under 7, you can imagine how difficult that has been. It’s also frustrating that you can’t speak to anyone on the phone and emails take days to get a response to, if at all. I’m happy to update this review if our issue ever gets resolved."

Poor customer service. Do not accept store credit

"Company is okay to order from when everything goes well. IF there is an issue, you will have trouble, frustration, waste a LOT of your own time and end up losing a lot of money. Company hides behind their email. Will NEVER allow you to call them and speak to a real person.

IF there is damage to your product, NEVER accept store credit, only demand a complete exchange for perfect product. They will not stand by their promises.

Would NOT order from this company again unfortunately as some of their product is nice.

Awful Customer Support

"WOW. This is by far the worst customer support to get a hold of. I had an issue and have been promised a call for 2 weeks. The chat just says "we've requested a call back for you" and then nothing. I can forgive shipment delays and other stuff but the lies and unjustifiable. Don't do business with this company. "

Great customer service support.

"Although I ran into some issues with my order (one item was not shipped, which caused delivery delays and one item arrived damaged, and some other issues with the courier), customer service and support have been outstanding. They were attentive and responsive. I will order again. The items received were of very good quality/value. I ordered the Angelo Chairs and the Maria Table and side table and the Cascadia desk. Beautiful. "

Buyer BEWARE! this company is a Scam!!

"This is by far the WORST company I have dealt with online. Their customer service hides behind email. No phone number to call. They lie about delivery. When you order they give you a delivery date. It turns out that delivery date (if they stick to it) is to their warehouse in California. So it means another 2-5 weeks to ship to another warehouse near you and another 2-6 weeks to get white Glove (what ever that means) to your home. That if they don't change the dates on you many times, which they will. if you try to cancel the order, they will charge you for shipping twice. Don't buy from them!! This has cost me a lot of money and I dont want you to be in the same situation. Go somewhere else. This is a scam!!!"

The absolute Worst, Do Not give them your money !

"MILO sofa delivered last week; back cushions puckered badly after a day or two of use; sent photos and asked for a refund. They completely ignored me, even though the photos were very dramatic. Copfounders Art Lee and Brendan Buscough should be ashamed. Zero integrity. Lost $4,000 to these crooks, have to give the sofa away as it is a disaster. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere; I will warn everyone I know not to buy from Rove."

Pretty furniture, terrible customer service

"Terrible experience with Rove Concepts. Ordered a table in July 2021. Somehow, the table top was "lost in transit", so a replacement was ordered. Then that replacement was 'lost in transit' .... You can't make this up!

To make it worse, you can't contact Rove because there's no phone number for customer service, and dealing them via online chat, email and social media has been an enormous time ****.

It's been 8 months, and I am still waiting. So they have my money, and I don't have my table ... and little hope to resolve. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
