Not only was I not able to speak to someone on the phone but even for a “chat” there was a long waiting period. I could not stay on your website and stare at the same page until some time I’m the future someone might be able to help me. The night befor I purchased your membership. I really wished I hadn’t!!"
"Terrible experience. We purchased an outdoor sectional couch from Rove Concepts in the spring of 2021. It cam with a manufacturers defect and damage to one of the cushions. They refused to replace the furniture so we eventually settled with a partial refund.
Now that we have made it through a season we have a mouldy couch. Black mould. We try our best to keep the couch covered any time we aren't using it but moisture still finds a way to build up between to cushion and the bottom frame of the couch. Most exterior sectionals that we have run into have a breathable bottom frame to allow moisture to evaporate. Not this sectional. Moisture is trapped and mould grows at an alarming rate. We are so disappointed with our experience with this product and the companies refusal to take back the furniture. "

"I ordered a new bedroom last week. Unfortunately after I measured the distance that I would have with the new bed frame from the edge of my wheelchair to the mattress I realized it was going to be too much. So I had to cancel my order. As it has not shipped or received by them I was able to do so. They have been super great to deal with, so making another order with them is a no brainer for me.
I did keep my membership because they have beautiful furniture and accessories.

"This company is either illegitimate or barely functioning — they have sent me the wrong item after nearly 1 year and numerous attempts with customer service to get a refund. It was originally stated as "in stock" but I've spent almost a year of my life waiting! And now it's wrong and they don't have a functioning phone number.

"I bought the hunter dresser and nightstand. It's quite gorgeous but the drawer glides are not full extension so you have to stuff the clothes towards the back of the drawers. Also, the drawers are not deep at all for such a premium piece. Wish i can change it the drawer glides."

"Rove concepts is a poorly run, sad excuse of a company. I order a sectional, custom chair, two side tables, and a rug. I received only the sectional - and it took almost 5 months, multiple phone calls, and hours of my time getting anyone to respond to me let alone correct the issues they were clearly having. For reference, everything I ordered was advertised as being ‘In stock’ and ready to ship aside from the chair. I was told multiple times that because the chair was “custom” I would not receive my order until the chair was complete. Fast forward 5 months later and guess what, the chair that supposedly prevented me from receiving anything got “lost in transit”. Five months. Multiple phone calls asking them to send me what they did have, and in the end I have an uncomfortable sectional and am being forced to go through an ill-defined claims processing for the lost chair. Meanwhile, I’m still being charged for my entire order, of which I received only 1 out of 5 items. Save your time, money, and sanity and NEVER buy from this company."
"I was very excited to receive my sectional sofa and coffee table. I placed order for a coffee table and sofa in May. In July, when I called to get an status update, they told me your coffee table is delayed until Dec. I requested to receive my sofa as a separate shipment. Sure enough, they canceled my order for coffee table. I was furious and called the concierge gave me bunch of nonsense. I received the sectional Dresden sofa with the opposite side. I paid a whooping $500 shipping cost plus tax, without installation. In fact the delivery man wasn’t willing to even get close to our house door!!! The sofa is fine. I like the wooden drawer. The sectional the worst order I have ever received in my life. This order was placed after spending over 1:25 hours on the phone with concierge!!! Extremely unhappy. And very exhausted "
"Absolute NIGHTMARE experience with Rove Concepts. Before you order, just try to call them and see if anyone there picks up the phone (they won't), then let that be the barometer for the care and customer service you'll get if you have an issue and need assistance after you order.
Ordered a dining room table a few months ago. The delivery company they use scheduled the delivery and didn't show up, they re-scheduled and did not show up over and over again. I took a week of my vacation time waiting on scheduled delivery windows that Rove Concepts delivery missed. When the table eventually showed up, the marble top was broken. Again, you can't just pick up the phone and call customer service so through a series of emails I was able to get a replacement top sent a month later. The replacement marble top they sent was also broken.
I'm currently four months into this nightmare. I have half a dinning room table sitting in my dining room and am currently waiting on their claims department to decide if they are willing to refund me. "
