Nothing less than a scam

"Had to return a table as it looked nothing like the pictures on their website.
Their version of a full refund:
You pay hundreds of dollars in shipping the products back to them.
You lose the super expensive white glove fee (in my case $349)
You keep the 4 matching chairs.

Scam

"Rove concept is a SCAM!!! Poor quality, absent customer service. I ordered a 3000$ marble coffee, not only terrible quality but arrived damaged (scratches and marble cracked) after 4 days of work missed because their delivery carrier didn’t show up although I had paid 300 $ extra for white glove delivery. I had to fight with them for a replacement piece, they were offering refund but return transportation at customers expense !!!! Which was hundreds of dollar in my situation. When the replacement piece was delivered I was not informed and they left the marble table unattended outside of my house !!!! They also left the broken one on site although they were supposed to pick it up, at my cost again to address this situation. And when you bring problems to them they do nothing but to tell you to deal with the delivery agent yourself. They are also not reachable by phone even if they advertise as having a customer service number. Income lost, hours of wasted time. Please don’t buy anything from them. "

Horrible costumer service, cheap quality

"Lack of communication with customers, very unprofessional and disrespectful service. After, I spent almost $5000 Dresden sleeping sofa microfiber white leather , I was expecting to receive a good quality product but the sofa is poor quality. The microfiber leather looks very cheap (I have a sofa from Ikea that costs $400 with the same quality if not better). The delivery was canceled two times on the day it was scheduled (one hour prior) which costed me to lose money because I took a day off from work. The delivery company suggested to contact directly Rove concept but it was impossible because they don’t have a direct phone number. I sent 10 request via email and received a call after 5 days . After requesting to receive compensation and credit for $400 for the poor delivery, I still haven’t received any response. I wish I read reviews about your rove concept and avoided the company! Very dissatisfied with product and services!"

Online order and local pickup for chairs

"Have previously ordered so this was a repair order. The products I have received were as described, and great quality. They appear very well made. Good value for the price. Website is quite slow and checkout process is not the simplest, but didn’t prevent purchase. Got my voucher as promised and place a second order. Was in stock so got the pickup notice right away. Warehouse was great to deal with on first pickup. "

I wish I had read the reviews!

"I truly wish I had spent more time reading the reviews about this company and their complete lack or concern when it comes to customer service. I recently purchased a sofa. I like the sofa, it is a little hard but when you are ordering online you have to adjust your expectations.
The issue I have is with their delivery. Firstly, it is unreasonably pricy. I spent a considerable amount extra for 'white glove' service, and it was anything but. The drivers tried to convince me that I have paid for drop off only, despite the fact that I clearly had my order confirmation in front of me. When they did finally decide to bring the sofa in, the literally gouged my wall in the stairway of my brand new build home. I realize that accidents happen so I reached out to Rove with photos. They basically told me that I would need to take it up with the delivery company, whom I contacted right away. Nobody called me back so several days later I reached out to Rove again and they basically told me it's my problem...nothing to do with them.
I purchased the sofa and the delivery from Rove and expected that customer service would be important to them and they would want to rectify the situation, but they simply do not care and have stopped responding to my emails. It is baffling.
It is no wonder that they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and no wonder that their own employees have even given them a poor rating online.
Purchasing this sofa for my new home was supposed to be a really exciting thing but now every time I look at the thing I just get annoyed.

Why does it take 30 seconds to load a page

"The website is WHAT made in 2001. It takes 30 seconds to load. Who designed the UI/UX. The furniture design's are really good, prices are extreme. Information provided is very limited, i guess rest is upto your imagination....... So much to write, hope this gives you an idea...."

Never again

"Bought a womb chair and ottoman in March - received it in April and it was nice so I ordered a second. The second chair is a completely different color than the first - not even close. Opened a claim with customer service and their answer was "You should have bought them at the same time" and cancelled the claim with no offer of resolution. In the email they state "fabrics may vary between dye lots, with about a 10-15% possible variation." These chairs are so different in color that it's more like 40-50%.
You can't talk to anyone on the phone; you submit thru the website and some unknown person sends you an email and tells you "too bad".
This is what you get when you buy crap from China. Waste of time and money.

Waiting for a response and a reply for over a month!

"I ordered a sofa cost over $4000! I requested only for a few swatches and they said it will take up to 6 days. I’m already 30 days after and didn’t get the swatches. They always say it’s in the way and now not even responding for more than 2 weeks! It was good for them to take my money but not to provide an item. I’m not sure if it is a legit company of a fraud company! If they won’t provide an answer till tomorrow I’ll need to dispute it with the bank!"

Very impressed with quality!

"Better than expected, we will now be ordering the matching dressers. Its difficult to order furniture online without seeing the items, but we now have so much confidence regarding quality, we have no issue purchasing from Rove. Delays in getting the items delivered is the only negative, but customer service was fantastic. "

You may want to give it a second thought!

"Ordered Dining table. Waited a few months. Height and length good and is exactly what their specification sheet shows. Width however is over 3" narrower making this now a useless piece of furniture (31" table measures just under 28" ). When contacting Rove through email I am told that this is and falls under their tolerances as they have noted on their specifications the word " approximate". Approximate means by legal definition "close to" this would be far from "close to". I have requested a call back they have declined and only will communicate via email. This is also not what their website says. It says if you wish to have a callback you can request one. I did so and they declined. They seem to work on their own set of rules and processes however have no interest in assisting customers providing an acceptable level of service. Think again before you click to purchase.
