"I ordered two sofas, and they were never delivered. There was no way to get anyone from Rove on the phone. When I tried to call the delivery company they contract with I also could not get a live person. I sent emails to both asking to cancel. No response. I thought the whole matter was done until I started getting delinquency charges from Klarna for the items. When I went through Klarna, they directed me back to Rove (this was 2 months later) and Rove told me they wouldn't charge me for the sofas, but that I had to pay the restocking fee... for sofas that were never delivered! This is a rip-off. I want to be credited for the full about I was billed for shipping, when clearly something went wrong on their end."

Do not bother trying to speak with a human being because there is no customer representative to assist you. But I get it…. If they actually answered the calls they would have to do some work/problem solving/customer relations and satisfaction! Someone should shut these folks down! I really think they are a cover for trafficking things into the country. What reputable furniture company doesn’t have a consumer line for people to reach out about their orders? What kind of decent company would sell you damaged merchandise and then charge you ship it back to them for an exchange and then email you as if they are doing you a favor!!!! These people are incompetent children! None of the business practices make sense!!! So as it stands I have $500 in vouchers that can only be used on items they deem appropriate!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if an underage type of situation with children was happening with this shady company,,, because they are not dealing in furniture people!!!! "Decent products. Nice designs. However, their logistics company completely ruins their reputation. Me and my handyman are standing outside watching the delivery guys unload the boxes. The first box, the guy inside the truck throws it outside and crack, you immediately hear the wood crack. I open the box and point out the broken leg. Zero empathy from the delivery guys. Now I am down two dining chairs because their incompetent logistics company doesn't give two sh*** about customers. Moreover, to add to the insult, Rove concierge is now telling me that claim cannot go through till the logistics company submits pictures of the damage. This company doesn't serve customers. They make customers suffer for their own wrongdoings. It's a shame because if it wasn't for their incompetent logistics, I would have given this company at least 4 out of 5 stars."
