"The mandatory ratings are a nuicance. Sometimes they ask me how I like something and force me to rate it when I haven't even received it yet. I don't mind rating pieces--on my own schedule.
Too many trendy clothes with not enough work day clothes.
You can only see the clothes that are currently available. I want to see them all so I can save them in my favorites to ask for when they are available.
Not frequent enough new arrivals.
UPS is a pain. USPS would be a much easier option."

"I absolutely love having Rent the Runway in my life. Last Saturday I met my daughter’s fututure in-laws in a perfect dress from RTR. The following night I felt very glamorous in a stunning dress from RTR at her wedding and received tons of compliments. This coming Sunday we are hosting a dinner for out of towners. My dress? RTR again. Every experience has been perfect. "

"I love the idea of rent the runway but there really need to be some very minor adjustments. There needs to be a better grip on quality control. To many of your items are worn out or discolored. For the buying end stop offering so many white and pink items unless you find a better system for cleaning them. What ever you are doing for cleaning now is turning the items grey. The items always come very wrinkled. You can’t iron dry clean only clothes. By sending your customers wrinkled clothes you open up the liability of destroying the clothes when your customers try to iron them. The unlimited plan is the best thing going but it would be more successful if you added one more item to the package. Women work five days a week, not four. There next to be a system design to avoid time with out your options. Need more options for work dresses. Need more marking on face book and social media. The better the cash flow to your company, the more options for clothes, smoother operations and lower prices for customers. I think I said enough! Don’t take anything personal, I just want the system perfected before I end up cancelling because I’m not happy with the service. I will say on a good note, the clothes are very beautiful and I get tons of compliments."

"I’ve now used both services RTR offers, Reserve and Unlimited. All in all it’s a great service. I was a tad spoliled starting with Reserve because two sizes of the same dress are shipped to you. Unlimited offers 4 items total to be shipped at one time. Thus if you want to try on multiple items, your bag fills up quick with less variety of items. Love Reserve, I’ll be going back to it. "

"RTR makes it easy to have a new dress for every event. The renters do a great job of leaving detailed reviews to help with picking a dress and finding right size. "

"It was terrible getting my packages my identity wasn't confirmed and i was made to get my package on the first floor instead of the delivery man knocking on my door. And when i returned my items to the ship store I was constantly trying to be upsold. Instead of being given the help that was desired!"

" I’ve been a rent the runway unlimited subscription member for about five months now. Overall, things have been good. Customer service is very responsive and all of the items I’ve received have been in good condition.

But, several times I received a piece of clothing without the belt that was supposed to come with it. And on two occasions, the item I ordered and received confirmation for ended up being out of stock. I was able to choose another piece of clothing but the mistake delayed shipment so I didn’t receive my items when I expected to.

I will probably keep the service for at least a few more months through the holidays so that I can wear things to holiday events that are too expensive for me to purchase."

"I’ve rented 5 evening gowns from them every time hoping it would fit and none of them fit, not even the backup sizes. The earrings however have always been a success and their customer service has always been quick and helpful. There was a glitch in the app and the package was mistakenly sent to an old address (while the rest of the order went to the correct address). It was too late to reroute the dresses so they overnighted me other ones. They didn’t fit but it was fast service. I find it a bit inconvenient that there’s no easy way to schedule a UPS pickup through the app or site, especially when traveling to a destination wedding and there might not be a drop off close by. Accessories are easy to bring home and drop off, but a gown is a bit more difficult. "
