-love the flexible rental times (being able to keep pieces as long as I want or return quickly, not fixed time frames)
negatives:
-lag time between returns and next shipment....REALLY WISH YOU COULD DISPATCH NEXT ORDER AT TIME UPS RETURN LOGGED AS RETURN INITIATED LIKE OTHER RENTAL SERVICES DO!
-could add a few more options for "basics" jeans and weekend wear could be expanded a bit; maybe weekeder/light travel bags added too.
overall happy with service, only real complaint is the time lags between returns and next order, sometimes a week between.

"I was nervous about renting dresses before a bridal shower and wedding for fear they may not fit. My dresses arrive early, nicely packed and were great. The back up sizes gave peace of mind and my dresses fit perfectly. Everyone complimented how nice the dresses were and asked where I got them. "i find it very easy to make sizing mistakes with the app. i don't think I've had a shipment that didn't have issues. apparently, i mistakenly chose a size 4 for my size 12 body but i don't recall how i made the mistake. necessary to double and triple check your size ordered. at any rate, have to pay the shipping fee to exchange. I've received an outfit without the belt, a belt that was way too small for my size, pants missing half of the hook closure. i really don't like that they have 'hours'. i only have the evenings to communicate and have to wait for them to get into work to get a response (when i'm at work). on the positive side, if you actually have the time to get on the phone with RTR, they are responsive when the mistake is on the RTR end. email (during business hours) is also quick. this service requires work on the consumer end; "
"So I tried the Unlimited option for a month due to a promotion of $60 off the normal price to find a dress to wear to my sister in law's wedding and was able to find the perfect dress! That's the good part...the bad part was the rest of the month when I tried time after time to find some cute items to rent for different events through the month but was unable to rent anything with the unlimited subscription because it was all spoken for through the 4- or 8-day rental option. My advice is do NOT waste your money on the unlimited option; yes it seems cheaper but after all is said and done you will have spent $160 to comb through listings praying to find something you like that is available, just like I did. I cancelled my subscription and purchased the dress I found. In the future, I'll know to rent the item for a short time if it works with my timeline instead of crossing my fingers after spending so much."

"The store employees are really fun to work with. They have a wide variety of styles to choose from. I suffered a bit with sizing with many ordered items not fitting. If you know your designers you may have better luck. Some run small, some large. Overall it was a lot of fun to have so many new fashionable items to wear and it invigorated my fashion interest that had gone dormant. The shipping is slow so plan ahead."
