"I have loved getting these designer dresses to try. Every single one has fit perfectly, something that never happens at a store!! I am spending this first month of Unlimited trying on all the things I like and will probably switch to Updated. I don't have that many events in my life to justify Unlimited, but it was perfect for the first month because now I know how all my favorites will fit when I order them in the future. It's also a huge time saver to look through beautiful dresses on RTR than to spend hours shopping and hoping to find something!!"

"I have unlimited and rent reserve for specific events and the first 2 months of unlimited were amazing, now I found myself browsing for an hour to find pieces worth renting. I think there needs to be constant rotation and updates otherwise it’s the same stuff every time. Also I’m not super tall (5’6) but I have an athletic build and almost all of the shorter dresses don’t fit length wise (usually because of my bum and chest using extra length) I’ve sent back a handful of dresses that I couldn’t even wear once. "I’d heard about rent the runway in the past, but never gave it a try. Well I’m happy to say that the service was fantastic and my outfit was stunning! I even received everything much sooner than anticipated, which gave me time to try on what fit best. The shipping and receiving was also fast. Items are received the next day after being shipped back. My experience was simply marvelous, thank you!"

"My items were picked and after a day I was told that one of the items couldn’t be sent. Therefore my order was delayed and I had to pick from an even slimmer list of items. I initially wanted to do unlimited but if they can’t get it right on update, I can’t see a reason to spend more money with them."

"I learned my lesson & will look at what the details of what items are made of. I had to return 2 dresses unworn, the 1st week of my unlimited plan.

I didn't realize they don't supply the UPS return tracking # information online, so I will remember to make note of it from now on, to track the return shipment. I also wish they would allow you to select your items, once the return package is scanned. If they offered a way to enter how many items you are returning it would work nicely that way, to help people maximize their unlimited plan."

"RTR is great and fun to pick out new and different clothes all the time. Overall, I really like having the unlimited service and feel like I'm getting what I pay for. The problem is their nonexistent customer service. I don't know why I bother leaving feedback, because even when I try to get someone's attention with scathing comments - nothing comes of it. I've received pieces that were faded beyond being ok to wear, with stains, with pulled buttons - and you just have to deal with it. They don't offer any recourse when things don't go right. One item I just never received, and no one would even answer to not give me an answer. I have no idea why it didn't arrive. Tl;dr - it's fun when things go right, but they don't give a sh*t when things go wrong and make no effort to make up for it."
