"About two months ago I received a quote follow-up with the opportunity to provide some feedback - which I did and was pleasantly surprised to be e-mailed from the VP of Customer Relations. Today, another time critical crisis came to life and PLCcenter.com has once again come to the rescue. I contacted John Radwell - VP Customer Relations to ask for assistance in ensuring my order would ship tonite - I had an email back from him in less than 15 minutes that he personally would stop by shipping to make sure it went. Owning my own business, which is much smaller than Radwell, it am elated to see that as the business has grown, Radwell really will take a personal stake in your individual successes. This is why I will keep coming back over and over again. I know the products will be in great condition and the service will be exceptional!

"Good morning,
I run an ice manufacturing company in Kansas City, Missouri. We recently had an interface controller keyboard malfunction. This component runs our entire product packaging system and will not function correctly without it. This malfunction costs us approximately $25,000 a day. This controller is now obsolete and is no longer available from the manufacturer or the company who designed the control panel. I found your company and the controller via your website. I called and spoke with Mike Mojica. He confirmed the part being in your stock and it was ready to ship since your in-house technicians had already confirmed its functions to be at specs. I call the OEM of the control panel (Northstar ice rake systems) to let them know I would be sending them a controller and needed their program loaded into it. They stated they did not have the equipment or technology to perform the needed loading. I consulted the manufacturer of the controller, they were no help and said I need to call Rockwell to get the software. I called Rockwell and they were no help because the controller and software were no longer being used. I consulted our local electrical supply house and tried to find someone that could help me. By this time I was very frustrated and under a lot of pressure to get answers to my boss. I called Mike back and asked if there was any chance you guys had the software and if you could reload the controller with my program. Mike took my information and said he would check on it give me a call back. In just a few minutes Mike was calling me back. He said his technician thought you had the software but would have to do some digging to confirm it. Mike called me again with good news. You guys had the program and he had a game plan in place to get me on the road to running. I need to send him a cable for the programming (I already had it on the way to me since NO ONE in the world seem to have one). He should receive it in the morning and get started on the programming side of things and have me up and running again by Friday morning.

Mike has made numerous calls and emails to me in regards to my needs. He has brought hope into our plant when there seemed to be none in sight. Your company will continue to grow and be profitable if you continue to hire and retain employees like Mike Mojica. He has gone well above the normal customer service we are accustom to in our country these days.

"We are a bottling company in Salem, Ma. When one of our high speed labelers went down, the machine manufacture was out of stock on a critical driver board, I searched Google and found Radwell Inc. They not only had what I needed, they were less than half the cost and I had at 8:00am the next day saving us about $25,000 in lost production. Before you buy any OEM electronics, step motors, etc., check Radwell. You'll kick yourself for not doing it sooner. Ed Berman, President, Tropical Products Inc. Salem, Ma."

"Most of the time we get to deal with people just doing there job but sometimes you meet people over the phone that share your passion for getting things done that are important to you. I believe that the folks at Radwell have been inspired either on their own or by exceptional management that appreciates what the customer wants and how they like to be treated. I give them my highest recomendatiion and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Oh yea, they have great prices as well. What more could you ask for.

Hello Michael,

Invoice looks good. Everything OK. Also would like to inform you that the card was installed and works perfectly and we are back on line. Once again thanks for your speedy service which saved the day.

After receiving the card in Dewey Arizona, the next day I hopped on a plane for a 42 hour flight to Atlanta then connected to Johannesburg South Africa, over night, then a private charter into the Congo where the card was installed into a critical part of the plant that produces acid which is used for a $4 million/day copper extraction process.

Needless to say everyone was relieved that everything worked and impressed with the precision and speed with which it was executed. You and I played an important role. Too bad we could not have gotten a small percentage of of the money we saved the company.

I just hope they don't forget to reimburse me for the card now. LOL.

I would not be surprised if we don't have to repeat the process again the next time there is a critical failure in the mine.

"The transformers are working well. I have used them to construct a 150 Volt DC power supply for use in testing some DC motor controllers we are building for an aero-space customer. Somewhat an unconventional use, but just what we needed. I've always been most satisfied with the Items I've purchased from you.
