Most of the time we get to deal with people just doing there job but sometimes you meet people over the phone that share your passion for getting things done that are important to you. I believe that the folks at Radwell have been inspired either on their own or by exceptional management that appreciates what the customer wants and how they like to be treated. I give them my highest recomendatiion and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Oh yea, they have great prices as well. What more could you ask for.
Keep up the good work guys.

I would like to cut and paste some feed back I sent earlier to Michael at Radwell I think you would enjoy and how he helped me save the day.

Hello Michael,

Invoice looks good. Everything OK. Also would like to inform you that the card was installed and works perfectly and we are back on line. Once again thanks for your speedy service which saved the day.

After receiving the card in Dewey Arizona, the next day I hopped on a plane for a 42 hour flight to Atlanta then connected to Johannesburg South Africa, over night, then a private charter into the Congo where the card was installed into a critical part of the plant that produces acid which is used for a $4 million/day copper extraction process.

Needless to say everyone was relieved that everything worked and impressed with the precision and speed with which it was executed. You and I played an important role. Too bad we could not have gotten a small percentage of of the money we saved the company.

I just hope they don't forget to reimburse me for the card now. LOL.

I would not be surprised if we don't have to repeat the process again the next time there is a critical failure in the mine.
