They helped find equivalent on items that did not pass their quality control and upgraded shipping speed at no extra charge and even deducted rush fee. "Received exceptional customer service. The website is outstanding offering pics, new, surplus & repair options. Amazing response time to quotes, orders and general information. I was really amazed and impressed of the level of professionalism and genuine interest in us as a customer!!! The broad range of brands reduced our transaction costs enabling us to issue one purchase order instead of 3 or 4. I do not give a good review unless its deserved."

"We have purchased maybe 30 items in the last couple of years from Radwell, as of yet, I have not had to get hold of them to find out where something ended up or to get needed paperwork for the US to Canada transaction and shipping. Our plants are old and we try and maintain old and obsolete equipment and Radwell does come through with needed items."
