"The entire process of trying to purchase a guitar from the company was a weird and frustrating experience.
I appreciate Peter K. the sales associate who let me know about the 40% off deal that was happening, where I could get a brand new 5-String Charvel Bass for the same price as the B-Stock I was purchasing.
When I went to go check out from the online purchase however, the checkout charged me twice for the two purchases, which meant that the B-Stock guitar wasn't taken off my bill (the up-sale was made on a weekend, and the store isn't open on the weekend..... so the B-Stock guitar should have been taken off the bill on the following Monday).
Instead, I was charged twice, then sent both Charvels, which I have to return to sender the B-Stock guitar.
The other issue, which was a little more concerning, was that the shipping was sent via FedEx, where I needed to sign for the package(s). I'm ok with that, however, the packages were sent to the wrong address, left on their doorstep, and was signed by the FedEx driver himself..... which I'm not ok with.
I sound like a "Karen", but I usually don't have purchasing/shipping issues like this very often. The whole process..... except the 5-String Charvel San Dimas Bass (which is beautiful!) was/still is one large cluster! Don't know if i'd like to go through this type of headache again.

"I like your open box specials on D’addario EJ16s. I could especially use the EJ 16 and EXL 110s in the B25 sets as I always buy bulk Strings. I will only buy if you consistently have a better price than Amazon, which by the way I have points I used to make it even cheaper or Musicians Friend which I also have points at. The EJ16 B25 and EXL 110 B 25s are always $139 and $98. I never pay that price and will only buy from Pro star if you offer them at an open box price consistently and beat both of those prices including with my points and any Musicians friends stupid deals. That is the way to get my money…. it’s all about lowest price, so why don’t you just offer that consistently?"
