Also, ProAudioStar does not honor the day that you request for an exchange/return as the date within the 30 days window, they count the day that they response to your exchange/return as the date to determine you meet the 30 days exchange/return window instead.

I got an email saying they will try again tomorrow, when the same thing will happen. Will not order from this company again. "
