I purchased an AX-48 Pro keyboard stand "open box" a week or so ago.
"Open Box" to me means that - the item is not new and perhaps has been on a display floor for demonstration pujrposes.
The AX-48 I received is clearly damaged. The two side legs flop and will not lock in place.
The whole stand tilts about 10 degrees to the left - so this unit has been severely neglected,
It also tilts back took much.
There was no statement on your web site that mentioned any damage whatsoever.
I would consider this to be a deceptive practice.
The damage would be clearly apparent to anyone."

Only snafu on this last purchase was getting an error code at the end of the order that necessitated starting over. Unfortunately both orders went through. Minor tech glitch. No harm, no foul. Order processing was so fast we couldn't get the 2nd item cancelled until after it shipped. Customer Service Rep handled the "return" and stopped the 2nd item half way.
The quick processing and cooperative manner in which it was resolved are both testaments to ProAudioStar's quality products and service."
