"I am a new customer, looking for a reliable place to get pool supplies or parts. I had to call after getting no response for a tracking number or any info on my order. The $165 came out of my account immediately. After several days I emailed got no response. When I called I was told it would be checked on. I did get a return call saying sorry it will be shipped soon. It's pool season now, The part was critical for my pump. Because of the extreme heat, it is gonna cost a bundle to get my pool water back in shape. It went green because it just lay there stagnant in the heat. Looks like a pond."

"There was a mistake on the Dolphin Micro Pre-Filter Insert Add-on that we received. The filter sides are labeled 1, 2, 3, & 4; however, the shipment contained two #3 micro filters. We still need a #4. We went ahead and used micro filter sides 1, 2, and 3, but are using the standard filter for #4. I've contacted Poolzoom via email, but never received a response. The robot itself is wonderful and works great. No issues with it. I just want to receive what I purchased."
