"I heard a lot of great things about the Dolphin Robotic Pool Vacuum. We ordered the vacuum on Sunday, August 5th and the vacuum arrived on Wednesday, August 8th. We just had standard shipping, so that was super fast. When we got the product out of the box, it was very easy to set up. We started using it the very next day and that was super easy as well. It does a great job cleaning the pool and my wife and I both love watching it climb the pool wall. It even turns at the top of the pool wall and cleans horizontally for a short time before submerging back under the water. It is very cool. The cleaning of the dolphin nautilus’s filters are also a breeze. We love it!"

"Worse experience with an internet vendor that I ever had. The website showed they had the caulking in stock, so I ordered it with expedited shipping. After 7 days and no response except the immediate charge to my account paypal of $450. I called them, they informed me after a 10 minute wait the product was out of stock at their warehouse and also the manufacturer. After our conversation, I had requested a sample of the product and the manufacturer's rep called me. I advised him that they didn't have any of the caulking iof the color i needed n stock. He checked and there are cases and cases in their warehouses in various locations. They lied and I suggest you think twice before doing business with them"
"Nautilus Plus Caddy arrived with vertical aluminum member having screw holes misaligned by 1/4 inch. Had to saw off 1/4 inch of aluminum from the bottom, then file it before it could be attached to the caddy base. This was extremely disappointing considering the superb quality of the Nautilus Plus robotic pool cleaner."
