"I ordered this cleaner to replace a 8 year old aquabot that was having trouble turnwing. Cleaner looked good and I did my research. I get the robot put it in the pool to open for the season and the only part that touches the pool liner are the 4 white foam rings, it also would not climb the sides of the pool. I called Maytronics and was told it would not clean a dirty pool! I called Poolzoom and was told the same thing, it will only clean a clean pool!!? I said I wanted to return it and was told that if they tested it and it works that I would have to pay the return freight. I asked how much would I have to pay to return it as a pool cleaner that cleans a clean pool is not what I need, “I was told it would cost me $60.00 if they tested it and it worked, if it didn’t work they would pay the shipping. So I sent it back and cleaned my pool with my 8 year old Aquabot that has trouble turning, crystal clear pool in 4hours. And of coarse they say the cleaner works, yes it does, it moves it just doesn’t clean anything!! Surely doesn’t scrub, the brushes don’t hit the pool. And then the grand finally, Poolzoom charge me $200.00+ for restocking per their website. I asked the customer service rep flat out how much it would cost me, she checked and said $60.00.
I WOULD AVOID THIS CLEANER AND ESPECIALLY POOLZOOM. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND NOT TRUTHFUL.

"My order took 7 days to ship. Had to call to inquire about the lack of communication, (tracking number, order confirmation etc). I discovered that they too did not exactly know why it had not shipped- and it would not have shipped if I had not had them look into the matter. Shipping has taken much longer than expected too. Not worth the lower price. I would have paid more for a better experience. My entire pool project is waiting for your company. "

"My order came in a timely fashion. Much quicker than I expected, which was good, because my old filter top had a crack in it. However, I did not realize that the top came with an o-ring and a pressure gauge already installed and I had ordered those parts also. It was a good thing I ordered the o-ring, because the one that was already installed on the cover was broken in two and lying in the bottom of the box. It was no longer an "o". it was just one long piece of rubber. I thought about requesting to return it for a replacement, but since I had ordered one already, I just installed it. I figured by the time I paid return postage on the o-ring, I pretty much would have paid for the replacement, so I didn't bother."
