The picture of the product and description listed ensured me that I would not get the cheaper one, that I have experienced before from other suppliers. I have called Poolzoom, to advise of my discontent, and have asked to return. On your Support Ticket # 28479, I was told:
"Feel free to use any carrier you wish; we recommend holding onto the tracking number(s) they should provide.
Once the package arrives, it will be passed along to the Returns Dept for processing your refund.
Typically, actual shipping cost will be withheld; in some cases there may be a restock fee. "
Very Unhappy. Letting others in the industry know not to shop at Poolzoom.
