"My wife ordered some white semi-sheer curtains in white. When she checked the invoice they sent the curtains were listed as grey. No problem we thought just email them, which she did right away, and they will fix it. 3 emails and 2 days later they finally responded by saying the order had already shipped and we would have to return them which entails us paying for the return shipping and a $25 fee for them to send us the right curtains. "

"2 stars for customer service 5 STARS for great quality products. The comforter was a high quality. Unfortunately, the color didn’t match my room. I was unaware of the cost to return the comforter. When I called for return directions the man was not pleasant and rather abrupt in his reply. I was pleasant when asking about the return policy and not pleased, yet I was very polite and said thank you. When buying online you never know if the product will work or fit your project. Always ask questions before buying. But because of his stinky attitude I will not return. "

Will never order from Paul’s Home Fashions again! The representative I spoke to on the phone was rude and told me it is what it is. That their return policy has been in place fir many years. I’m sure they do not have repeat customers! "
