"I had been looking for the comforter set that I purchased for a couple months and was blessed to stumble upon Paul's Home Fashions who had a better price from all the retailers I had searched. The ordering process was simple and I was extremely pleased as to how quickly I received my order. I ordered the Williamsburg Garden Images comforter set along with additional Euro shams and two throw pillows. The set is lovely and the fabric quality is very nice and should hold up quite well. My only issue is that the comforter doesn't have quite as much stuffing as I would like which was a bit disappointing but some might find that to be a preference. Over all I was very pleased with my shopping experience and I especially like that for every Wliiamsburg comforter set purchased a portion of the proceeds go toward the preservation of Colonial Wlliamsburg..NICE!"

"It is a nightmare dealing with them if it truly their name Paul and Laura. My wife called to get information on a order she placed, and Paul was extremely rude and hung up and when I called back all he did was yell. If they are truly a 3rd generation family own business, they need to just shut down because they honestly do not make the 1st generation proud. They do not have any customer service skills and are out for a quick buck . I would run away from doing business with them. They are not exclusive to the industry and I would rather pay a few dollars more and get the proper service. Before toy by check out the BBB on these people they are the worst. "
