"Placed an initial order. Never received ANY indication it was received. Never showed up on their website. A preauthorization hold of funds was placed on my account but dropped off. No indication of my order. Placed another order. Nothing. Finally got an email saying a month delay. I requested a cancellation as I could get same merchandise from another company sooner.
A preauthorization hold shows up on my account from Paul’s! They won’t release but blames on my bank. I file a protest with my bank. THEN, I get an email they have shipped the first order!! This is crazy!! "

"It took way to long to get my order and there was no communication about my order! The web site said the order would ship in 24 hours,,,,I ordered on 24 Feb - I contacted them on 1 March and then and they answered saying that the curtains were out of stock.....but they should have contacted me and let me know that!!!! I personally think my order was lost because the next week I got the rods...but it took another week to get the curtains.
They should let you know when orders will be delayed and they should let you know when things are shipping!!! I don't want packages sitting outside by my door!!! And they said that they would have to charge my card to keep my order on back order!!! It was their problem - not mine and should not charge until they are ready to ship!! disappointed in the customer service
I will say that once I received my order I am pleased with the quality.....curtains are gorgeous!

FB1713-SQ-OC. They might have been having some sale but I found the Super Queen, which wasn't available on Amazon, for nearly a hundred dollars cheaper than the Full on Amazon. Got my order in a few days. Product was exactly the same as the Amazon one, only larger. Quality of the product and service were superb. I will be an advocate for this company. For this product specifically I loved the texture. It's a burlap like feel on top but the bottom side is very soft. Stitching was good. Would like it to be a touch heavier, but still good. For the $275.00 I paid I couldn't be much happier with my purchase. "
