"Location: La Mirada. Bought 4 Tv's. 2 new 36" samsung, LG 60" & LG 52" open box. When taking delivery of the TV's, I noticed that they sent me 3 remotes belonging to different TV's. Trung my sales person told me he would order a new one for me. Turns out he never did. Trung also told me i was getting a $150 price match credit and turns out he never credited my account. Called their customer service and spoke to Hung Tran. He told me he would investigate and that I would be getting a call from the district manager named Christian Adam. No Phone call from anyone. These guys are nothing but used car sales men. I will never buy from these guys again and i will tell everyone that is looking to buy a TV or Appliances to stay far away from Pauls TV."

"Firstly, I have worked in the retail/service industry for over 30 years and am highly critical and mostly very disappointed with the level service offered almost everywhere in this country. Mostly I find people just don't care. I must tell you that was not my experience with David when I ordered my washer and dryer. He went way above and beyond to find me the items I was looking for, explained everything in full when I ordered it, called me back with more information on questions he was unable to answer immediately over the phone, called me back to let me know the order had processed properly, kept me informed every step of the way and even did a follow up call a month after my order to ensure that I was satisfied. I've been shopping a lot lately and this was truly the BEST customer service I've received in a very long time. In fact I purchased a TV in one of your stores the same day and am still waiting for part of that order and have yet to hear from the saleman, but that is a separate issue.

I just want to commend David on the great job he did. People are quick to complain when something's bad but rarely give praise when it is due.
