"I live in rural Wyoming bought a premium 60" TV from Paul's TV. In doing, so I put a lot of trust in Pauls TV and have no regrets for doing so. The telephone customer service was outstanding. The product arrived when promised and in perfect shape. I highly recommend ordering theough Pauls TV."

"I was going to buy this television from a company from NY on the internet as they advertised a very good price. Well they did not have it in stock, there website said they did and when it still had not arrived after 2 weeks, I cancelled. A friend at work recommended I phone Pauls TV and I spoke to Shane. I got a great price and the TV was nicely unpacked in my house 2 days later at the time agreed.
The whole experience with Pauls TV has been great. Shane explained the procedure and kept in contact with delivery, extended warranty, etc.
I definitely will use them again for any purchases and I certainly recommend them.

"Absolutely amazing company and the shipper they used to Buffalo/Niagara Falls New York is outstanding. These people truly care about their customers and were nothing short of professional.

They immediately sent us an email regarding shipping that you should NOT accept the TV and perform a full inspection before signing the waiver. Those who received a damaged TV should read that before accepting the package. We inspected the TV and found the shipper to be extremely courteous and professional.

Paul's TV is an authorized Panasonic dealer and they were an absolute joy to deal with. I dealt with John Kim and he helped us out all the way from the payment process right up to delivery. We live in Canada so we met the driver in Buffalo then upon inspection of the item we brought it back to Toronto.

We also purchased a TV from another retailer Abe's of M.... and they were nothing but a nightmare. The TV arrived damaged and they refused to help us out so we put it through insurance and purchased from Pauls. Let me tell you, we are VERY glad we did and will continue to do so from now on. We learned our lesson and thank them for their great service.

"Pauls and the shipping company radiant logistics are nothing short of thieves. My 50 in. LG plasma television was delivered the day before Thanksgiving. The delivery came late in the day and when the delivery came I signed for it and due to the busy weekend I did not get a round to opening it until Saturday. I opened it and the screen was cracked. Waited over a week and a half for a response from Paul's and received nothing. We called everyday and was promised a call back the next day. Eventually we called again and we were informed because we didn't open it upon delivery, they are not responsible and will not replace or refund our money. I am stuck with a television I can not use. I have ordered two televisions online previously and had no problems,but these were from reputable companies. When I opened the television I did see a sticker that said inspect before signing. I did not see this sticker because the delivery person placed the television against the wall so it was not visible. When I asked him what I needed to do he said I had to sign the form twice indicating that I had received the TV and that is it. I never received any paper work from him after signing and I never realized that I had signed a form that said it was not damaged. That paper was hidden under the other form and I thought that I was signing one form. It is a perfect scam, neither side claims responsibility and the customer is screwed. If it was so important that I open the box immediately wouldn't both companies insure that the customer does this. This can not be the first time this delivery company delivered a television for Pauls. I have signed for hundreds of packages before and never thought this would happen. What reputable company would do this? Well, I can only think of two? Check complaints against Pauls about this happening to other people. They seem to have their scam down to a science. Am I at fault? If being honest and trusting that I would receive my merchandise unbroken then I guess it is. I do not understand how they get away with it, this should be illegal. Our family Christmas gift is ruined for this year! Please stay away from this company, they will continue to rob honest people of their hard earned money,and ruin your holidays."

"Shane at Pauls TV was great! I placed my order for a 65" TV with him and he made sure I was able to get my delivery on the day I needed it. He also helped me get a price match that took less than 5 minutes over the phone. Great customer service and an amazing TV. Delivery of the TV was great as well. Be sure to check with your local delivery company when scheduling a delivery day; mine wheeled in the TV, un-boxed it, held it in place while I attached the stand, then lifted and centered the TV onto my stand. Some delivery companies may not do this."

"I bought 10 speakers, 8 came right away the other 2 came a few days later

when I opened the box I saw right away that the speakers have been used

upon contacting pauls tv they right away said they don't sell used and I should send them a picture,

i sent a picture and they said it looks new, how can this item be new when the wire was dirty and all tangled up and the speakers had clear signs of use,

they took back the item and charged a restocking fee and they didnt refund the shipping,

if you ship used stuff when advertised as new you should give a full refund....

im never going to buy from this store again .

please do yourself a favor and never buy from them EVER they will rip you off

"I have been lied to by this company big time so please think twice before buying anything from Paul's TV. This company sold me a used TV that's being advertised brand new.

I bought a $2K TV from these guys few weeks ago and honestly the worse buying experience I have ever had to date from a local retailer. Delivery guys showed up with a beaten-up TV box. If I am not mistaken, their warehouse was just only 25-30 miles from home, so it can’t be this bad?

The original seal was breached as well. It raised a red flag right away.I was trying to reject delivery and instantly, one of the guys gave me a dirty look and he seemed very upset. He kept insisting it was brand new. I thought Paul’s TV is a respected retailer and in case something goes wrong they’d take care of the issue so I signed off papers and accepted delivery rather than dealing with an intimidating driver inside my home. I WAS WRONG.
I had made the driver to put a note on the paperwork that further inspection was needed since I was very suspicious of its condition. I WAS WRONG AGAIN, the "NOTE" didn't help at all.
The TV was indeed an open box/used not brand new as advertised. Bezel were scratched-up and protective wraps were missing. I demanded a replacement but they offered $150 for the scratches and obviously its current condition. I had to send them pictures so I get the compensation, pathetic.
It’s pretty much because I signed off the paperwork there’s nothing they could have done apart from compensation. Anyway, it was their goal not to take the TV back.
I could not believe because I used a coupon they'd have pulled a shameful and appalling M.O.like this.

"I purchased an LG soundbar from Paul's TV and got it for about 40% the big box store price, along with free shipping. It was packed great, and was on my front step in about 48 hours. They communicated with me throughout the process, and followed-up to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Gotta give Paul's TV 10/5 for excellent service, prices and merchandise. Thanks!"

"The customer service that I have experienced from Paul's TV has been second to none! I was looking online into a 60 inch Plasma/LED/LCD and found an LG here at Paul's TV. Not only did I save $100, I also have been very educated on the product I was looking into. Albert Jun is the internet sales person I have dealt with. He takes the time to go over anything and everything there is to know and he is very honest! The TV arrived in only a few days - earlier than Albert assumed it would get here. I had several questions after the TV arrived about best picture, Blu-Ray hookup, etc. and Albert has again taken more than the necessary amount of time to make sure that I am getting the most out of my purchase. I would highly recommend buying from Paul's TV!"

"A flawless transaction. The LG tv I bought is an excellent product and Paul's had it at a great price. The delivery guys were early but everything went in an orderly fashion. The unboxed the tv and we plugged it in to check it. Looks great on my wall in the living room. Really like the nice, clean lines of the LG."
