"Update....They are truely a company of their word and to deal with. Checked my AMEX account and the credit for the price match was posted.

I did a lot of seraching for a reputable authorized dealer that provided service and price when decides to purchase my Panasonic TC-P65ST60 and I have to say they have lived up to every expectation and they have a customer for life. Beyond the frendly and helpful approach by their staff when I purchased the TV, they had the best price and never tried to force me to buy anything I did not want. Since I live in NJ they explained the delivery process and assusrred me there would be no problems even sending me to their delivery services website to assure me. The TV was delivered as promissed and and without incident. I was telling people about my new found store and told them if in the market for a TV or appliance this was a viable choice.

But to top this off, this weekend I saw that several AVS forum members were receiveing a price to that provided by an online vendormatch from Pauls' alreday excellent price. I actually had this price when I purchased the TV but did not ask for a price match since it was not from an authorized dealer, however, since I was still within the 30 day price match period, I figured I would contact them. Well I was floored!!!!..... within 30 minutes after my email, I was contacted by Shane at Pauls and he informed me that they normally don't match prices at reselelers site but would match the price and refund the difference to me. He also told me to check back with them if the refund was not posted on my credit card by Friday. They could have just as easily just sent me an email indicating that this was a reseller and they could not match but they did not .....They now have a customer for life and I am telling everyone. Great Job Pauls's!

" I was in the market for a new audio/video receiver. While surfing the web looking for a Denon AVRE-400 I came across Paul's TV who was offering a great price on the unit. Having not purchased anything from them in the past,I took a chance. My shopping experience was fantastic. Paul's processed my order the same day and within two days I had my receiver.That's great service. The unit arrived in great condition too. "I recently bought a big screen from Paul's TV. The entire transaction was smooth from beginning to end. I didn't plan to buy the TV from them in the first place since I had my mind made up to buy off another retailer. I usually buy electronics from this other retailer and have a rewards card with them. I only called Paul's tv for pricing info. I spoke to Shane Johannessen, one of Paul's e-commerce consultants, and I have to admit, the man knows TVs. It was great to talk to somebody that understood what I was looking for. Not only was he able to beat the other retailers price by a big margin, he even helped me find the perfect TV stand for a great price.
He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and even called me 3 weeks after my purchase to see how things were with the new set. The delivery of the TV was fast. They carried the TV to the second floor and unboxed it for me. I appreciate the phone call they made to my bank to verify the purchase in order to prevent fraudulent purchases. I am currently doing my homework on a surround sound system to accompany the 65" ZT60 I purchased. I will also be researching a smaller TV for my bedroom and a wall mount for said TV. Without a doubt I will be purchasing theae items from Paul's TV again with the help of Shane. I hope this review helps anybody trying to figure out where to buy their TV.

""This is by far the most horrible, uncaring, and unorganized company I have ever interacted with. After 3 broken TVs were delivered and 3 months of nagging the company for returns and a refund I finally have my money back. Every single step of the process had "delays" and complications. I spoke with John Kim from the southern CA sales office and he was extremely helpful and courteous in placing my order. "Called Pauls's TV for some information during MA tax free weekend. Due to busy weekend her call was routed to CA. Talked to Jon Kim.
Told him I just wanted info and would not buy something as expensive as a Smart TV over the phone. After talking with Jon for a while I grew more comfortable. He was easy to talk with, not pushy and not trying to over sell me. I was so at ease I bought my TV and 2 sound bars. Very very happy with the whole experience.

"Having been totally frustrated by Best Buy not having what I wanted in stock even though advertising it, a friend recommended that I try Paul's TV. I called the toll free number and dealt with a John Kim. In a word he was sensational. He processed my order on Friday and I had the 2 tv's and the blu-ray player in my house on Saturday. I asked if he could possibly deliver the items in 5 days and I got them the next day. The delivery guys were friendly and made sure the products were working. Paul's TV and John Kim are just terrific."

"Excellent purchase experience from Sales and Service. My sales representative Juan Monroy went out of his way to ensure a smooth transaction. He has followed up on my purchase to make sure I was extremely happy. I had a small issue with the TV stand and Juan made sure that the issue was rectified.

I used to buy all of my TVs from Best Buy; however, after this level of sales and customer service that I received at Paul's TV I don't believe I will be going there for Tvs any longer. This was one of my best purchase experiences.

"Received great service recently from Pauls TV when buying a Denon X2000 receiver. I had found a coupon code for 15% off online but it wouldnt work on the website, so I ended up calling Paul's TV and spoke with Jared Goldstein who actually said they had a 20% off coupon instead! Saved me some extra money and received the receiver very quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone."
