"Gotta say Im definitely impressed. I ordered the Samsung 65" F7100 on a Sunday and it was delivered and set up at noon on the following Thursday. Never have I had any of my white glove delivery persons help me unpack the box, install the stand, put the tv where I want, and test it out like this delivery company did. Jarad was also very friendly and a big help in getting this order taken care of. Would definitely recommend to friends! Thanks guys!"

"John and David are excellent they went out of their way to give me the best price and experience possible. Two great employees that Pauls has. I would be more than happy to deal with either person again and recommend people for this company just because of John And David. They also helped with any questions I had and even on arrival of my unit they were very helpful and understanding for any concerns that I found present. Product arrived on estimated date, a little after the 4 hour time frame but not Pauls fault this was more on the delivery company. Product was new..but there are some minor surface scratches (trying to exchange) and again this was more a manufacturer issue than Pauls because this show poor quality control by panasonic not Pauls. All in all I had a great experience at a unreal price!!! Thank you john and David for everything. "

"Fantastic price on my panasonic tv, plus free shipping and no tax. Delivery was very good as the driver brought in the tv, unpacked, and we looked for any damage-it was pristine and well handled. Overall a great experience and i would use them again for small or large purchases. Great price and great delivery with tracking; cant be beat and makes for a happy customer. "

"Service was good, excellent TV at a great price. Their shipping provider was sloppy, but not the worst I've dealt with. I had to call multiple times to setup a delivery time, and then they came an hour earlier with no call. Thankfully, I don't work too far away or it would have been a real problem.

I got white glove service, but I chose to refuse it as it was only one delivery guy for a 120lbs 60" TV. I figured the product would get damaged and my wife and I wound up setting it up instead.

The product itself was undamaged during delivery excepting a small cosmetic issue on the right side that I'm thinking I'm just going to deal with as I don't want to give up the TV. It's very minor, I'm just a little OCD.

No fault of Paul's - I would buy again and would recommend them. Just be wary of the shipper.

"Paul's TV had a deal on a Panasonic plasma with coupon. I really like Amazon.com so I asked them to match the price but they wouldn't (gave me some crappy excuse) so I went ahead and ordered from Paul's TV. I got the TV yesterday with free white glove delivery. They moved my old plasma downstairs for me and took my new one upstairs after making sure it was working and putting it on the base, so I'm very pleased and the TV works great. It was also manufactured last month so it has the latest fixes (I think there was a fix for the fan noise). Bottom line is thumbs down for Amazon but thumbs up for Paul's TV. Oh, stay away from the shady unauthorized TV dealers that offer too-good-to-be-true prices."

"I ordered a Panasonic TC-P55VT60 plasma TV from PaulsTV on Thursday Oct. 10th. It arrived looking showroom new on October 16th. The free white glove delivery was awesome. The driver insisted we unpack the TV and plug the unit in to make sure all was working ok. He had a full delivery checklist to complete. The price could not be beat from any other authorized dealer. A++ to PaulsTV for a flawless transaction from start to finish. Were watching the new TV as I type this...:)"

"I had been in the market for a new Panasonic TCP65ST60 for a while and had done my research. When it came time to purchase it I thought I might go with one of those "out of NY" online store's for my TV because they had the best price buy a few hundred dollars. I contacted Pauls TV online sales and worked with Seth one of their E-Commerce consultant's. He was very informative and we talked at length about the price I had seen at two other online retailers, and the other factors involved with the purchase of the TV. After all was said and done I could not be happier with my decision to buy from Seth and Pauls TV. Pauls TV is a authorized re-seller for Panasonic and the other online retailers are not. The peace of mind and the price I paid which included tax, delivery and a 4 year warranty was less than anyone else could match. Did I mention delivery? I could of had the TV the next day but waited until my day off to receive it which was no problem for them to schedule. I didn't have to wait two weeks for it to be shipped from NY and all the problems that might entail. I was so satisfied with the service from start to finish that I also purchased a new Panasonic DMP-BDT500 3D Blue-ray player that they priced matched from Amazon, which I was able to pick up at a local Pauls TV store. I highly recommend Seth Ragona and will look to Pauls TV for all my future A/V purchases. "

"If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE Paul's TV experience. Ordering a $3000.00 Samsung refrigerator during Mass's No Sales Tax weekend . Got scammed into ordering It on-line vs in the store. BIG mistake. "Seth" took forever to process the order, assured me it was in stock and available for immediate delivery. Well it was not. "It will be in on Monday" It was not... 3 weeks later (HELLO, I NEED A FRIG!) It was supposedly back in stock. Delivery set up was a nightmare and when it finally arrived (with no call to set it up) it was DAMAGED. Drivers were great and assured us the damaged door would be replaced "immediately" and took a picture of the door. 7 WKS LATER THE DAMAGED DOOR IS STILL NOT REPLACED, PAUL'S (Ruben) WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALLS AND WE ARE HAVING TO DISPUTE THE PURCHASE WITH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Oh, pretty sure the refrigerator was a floor model as it had inside all the beautiful laminated floor model pictures of the frig. filled with food, the slide out drawer had all the "Floor Model" details /pictures in it, even the driver thought it was "odd" that this was all inside the "new" frig. We are so frustrated and will NEVER EVER buy from Paul's again. "

The TV set was delivered on the 8th day after I purchased it.

"The service I received from Paul's TV was top drawer.

Originally, I purchased a Panasonic plasma TV (TC-P60VT60) which had issues, i.e., poor colors, grainy picture, etc. Paul's arranged for a return in short order and the next day after the TV was retrieved by the carrier, I received my refund.

Since then, I ordered a new Samsung 65" LED TV (UN65F8000) from Paul's which, by the way, is awesome.

I also purchased a new Panasonic DMPBDT500 3D Blue-ray player from Paul's TV, which was shipped very quickly.

Paul's TV customer service is second to none. Order with confidence, as I received "hassle-free" return and refund service and expedient shipping...ALL GOOD!

Finding true, sincere customer service and customer care these days is relatively rare, as companies tend to want to keep your money instead of providing refunds or replacements.

But now, I would not hesitate to refer Paul's TV to my friends and acquaintances. In fact, I've already referred a few friends.

Plus, the prices I paid were very competitive, as well.
