"The worst experience of my life. After following THEIR size chart to get a size, I decided to order a size above that to be safe. When I received the dress it did not fit at all, and they left no extra material for alterations. The size was written in a blue ink pen in the dress, not even a real tag. I contacted them for a refund or exchange and they took 4 days at a time to respond. They refused a refund as it was "my fault" that I did not use their size chart. I DID USE THEIR CHART. They spun me in circles repeatedly asking for information I provided to them each time they asked, and finally said they could not exchange because there was not enough time left. If they hadn't spent weeks asking me the same questions over and over, and blaming me, there would have been plenty of time. I was forced to purchase a separate dress from another company, ultimately ruining the wedding, as I did not have the same dress as all the other bridesmaids. The bride cried. I am out $100 dollars and had to pay an additional $200 dollars for a last minute dress. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
In response to Adrian-your statements are completely inaccurate. I was not offered a refund at any time by any one of your staff, in fact I was told that you could not offer me a refund because I did not follow your chart. Like I said, I did follow your chart. I have saved every email corresponence I have received and reviewed them twice. I nowhere was offered a refund. Only told I could not be offered one.

I am in awe. That was not the email I received at all. This is the second email your company has "claimed" they wrote to me that never existed. Infact, in your earlier post you actually ratted Frunie out on her fake email. This was the last email I received from Frunie, or anyone from your company. I did not respond due to the fact that you gave me no options.

I did my best to ask for your body measurements to be sent to us so we can at least compare the measurements with our size guide for standard US 10 for our tailors reference.
I believe that the dress doesn't fit you due to the pictures that you have sent to us. But if we remake the dress with the same dimensions of US size 10 according to our size guide, I am afraid that the problem will be the same with the first dress.
I think the issue here is that our standard US size 10 is not the same as the US size 10 that you are used to buy in your favorite store in the US. Although we are using an American size chart I humbly ask for understanding that every company has it's own standard size measurement which may vary a little with other company's size guide, that is why we do our best to show the specified measurement for each standard size chart when you click the size option on the website. Like what is shown in the attachment. ( please refer to attachment for reference).
Again Please accept my sincere apology about this matter, I really want to help you get a new dress, but the time is too short and there is no way that we can tailor a new dress and deliver it to you in 3 days.

"WHAT A LESSON TO LEARN FROM!
We had a formal family banquet & I order a really beautiful dress from them. Read all the GOOD reviews before I purchase my dress.
After I placed my order with them there is a SPECIAL INSTRUCTION box which I did put in my SPECIAL instructions which they did not follow. I was afraid of that they would not follow my intrcutions so I did follow up by email several times with CS & they keep on saying DO NOT WORRY. So silly me believe them.
Rceieved my dress on May 30, 2012 & my dress had 2 things wrong with it. The back of my dress was not sew on right the Chiffon fabric was uneven on the waist line so & there was a 3 feet train! So I emailed them & I had to take it in to get some alterations on the dress.
***Should have went with my GUT feeling that this was too good to be true & never agree with what they offer me. I should have suggest for them to reimburse for just the alterations amount.***

It wasn't actually that hard for me to find a wedding dress, but I just wanted to be perfect - like mine was, in the end.
I ordered the dress, I was able to speak in French, to explain all the details in my first language, and it took 3 weeks to arrive.
