"I was quite surprised about the quality of the dress I ordered for a wedding celebration! The material was not the best, but it was great and perfectly suits its price. It's not the first time I'm ordering here, the last year I ordered a cocktail dress and, actually, the quality and price of that dress made me order one more time. Both times I was not disappointed and in future I will definitely order here again.
What I dislike is the time of delivery. I expected the dress to come a week earlier, still it came on time and event couldn't be spoiled. Though, it's always better to order in advance and not to worry about such silly things."

"I received my dress today and it is absolutely beautiful. True to size, beautiful materials, and I ordered only about 3 weeks ago record timing. I would recommend your services and will probably use you again in the future. This is a wonderful option for ordering formal dresses at a low cost. I was a little shocked at the price of shipping but well worth with how quickly I got the dress. The dress looks like the picture although the slit isn't as high in my dress but that is fine with me it is extremely close. "I ordered three bridesmaids dresses with a request to have them add straps, or at least to send us the straps so that we could put them on at the proper length for the girls who would be wearing the dresses. Two of the dresses were just great, the other was a little different structurally inside (I think the seamstress left something out knowing we would be attaching straps so it didn't ultimately matter). That dress also needed a little alteration to fit the hips of the girl, but that is entirely normal for any dress you order. You can't guarantee they will fit even when you send custom measurements, unless the person is there to try it on.
It ended up being about $65 (including shipping) for each dress, which was a great deal for a budget wedding where we don't want to make our bridesmaids have to shell out a lot of money, especially when we couldn't find a dress in the style and color we even liked anywhere else.
I started writing this review before I noticed the email that suggested I do so, so technically they did not ask me to write it. I only noticed it when I went back to look at the date of order placement to fill in that information here."

"Please be advised., this is a lesson learned.. dont order from this company, i received my dress.. it was nit how i requested., after i was advised numerous time.. not to worry not to worry..in tht chiense voice. After calling Roy n speaking with him several times.. it was our fault, dont worrywr will fix it, we will fix it... Now Outerinner is willing to fix the dress tht they didnt do right in the first damn place, but they want me to ship it back at my expense.. DHL wants

"I absolutely love the quality and craftsmanship in the OuterInner dresses. I ordered one in October for homecoming and one this month for a military ball. Both dresses were absolutely identical to the pictures. If a customer has a problem with a dress it has to be because they didn't choose the custom size feature.Please pay the extra cost...it is definitely worth it.my daughter's dresses fit her perfectly. "Do not order from this company. I purchased a possible bridesmaid dress for my wedding and I loved the picture online because the side of the dress was bunched and was very flowy. The dress looked nothing like the picture. The bunching on the side of the dress stuck out and looks very awkward. The customer service person took weeks to respond to my emails and would not let me return the dress. I even sent her a picture of how the dress looks in comparison to the picture online and was not able to return it. Now I'm stuck with an ugly dress that I will never wear that I paid over $100 for. "This company is without doubt, AMAZING!!!. I live In Australia, and over the last year or so have searched for a wedding dress for my special day in March. There were some lovely dresses, but nothing grabbed me, not to mention the cost!!! :(
Then online one day i came across OuterInner. At first I was very nervous about ordering online, let alone from overseas, but the dresses looked so beautiful, and the prices were just incredible!!!:D
I researched everything I could about the company, plus I read all the different reviews. There were only ever positive reviews, and the site itself was so professional. I created an account, and emailed the customer service team for advice ect.
The customer service team were brilliant, the reply's would always be within the day. To me that gave comfort and reassurance. I chose my dress (which was hard to do as there were so many beautiful dresses) and when the time was right I placed my order.
Yes I was nervous, yes I was worried the dress would be "nice", but cheap looking.... I prayed "my dress" stood up to the one I saw online.
Finally my dress arrived!!!
When I took it out of the box,I was in tears....it was just so beautiful. The quality, the craftsmanship,the "love" that went into this dress was just amazing. It was more beautiful than what it looked online. It felt and looked so expensive.....and I have not seen any like it here at all. I tried it on, and it fit so beautifully. I just can't take my eyes off this dress. The card they sent with the dress was such a beautiful touch. I cannot thank OuterInner enough. I will post photos from my wedding day. Why wouldn't I??? ;)

"I stumbled across this wedding dress site purely by accident as I'm having a small wedding and was not wanting an over the top, extravagant dress and as soon as I clicked on the wedding dress page I scrolled down just a few clicks and it was like love at first site.
