"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I bought 4 bridesmaid dresses from them. the sizes were completely wrong and in order to exchange them I would have had to pay 30% of the cost of the dress... Oh did I mention it wasn't the dress in the picture and they wouldn't give me my money back. Any company that tries to make themselves seem as if they are located in the U.S and is ACTUALLY IN CHINA should not be trusted. I have reported them to the FBi & FTC as well as the original designer of the dress to inform them that they are knock off their design. Also notice your dresses probably don't have tags in them!"
"I ordered a Wedding Gown via Bank transfer Sunday 8/14/11. My bank cleared the amount. Email from a woman named Bonnie saying " thank you for your patience, it takes time for overseas transfers". I'm a little nervous. It's Friday 8/19. They've had a whole week. I'll let you know when I hear that they received the money and are working on my dress.
8/24. They've kept in pretty good communication. Asking for Bank slip. I emailed what i had. Bonnie emailed me, thanking me, and said "They" will do their best to get my dress by my wedding..... O.K.? I emailed her back and told her I need something more definite. Will keep Y'all posted.
8/25 - Bonnie is staying in touch. So I'm not feeling ripped off yet. Says"it takes a long time for remittance".

9/16 Well they emailed photos of my completed dress. It's exactly what I want. They'll ship it next week. will keep you posted . 9/22 It was shipped 2 days ago via UPS. I've been tracking, it's enroute to Austin today. 9/24 It arrived fast! It fits great. Will have to hem. The quality is superb! So.. go PayPal! Trust them! They're great! Sincerely - Lucinda"
"I was a little worried about ordering a dress from OuterInner because I'd never heard of them before, they're based abroad (which would make it more difficult to find out if it's a fraudulent company) AND I wasn't sure what the final dress was going to look like because the pictures on their website aren't very high quality. This will be my second time as a bridesmaid, so I wasn't too surprised when my dress size (according to their measurements) came up much, much larger than my usual clothing sizes. I ordered the dress according to their size chart and paid $30 in shipping (not bad since the entire order only cost $100 total). I got my dress 2.5 weeks later (right around when I expected) and it fits exactly like it should.
Overall, I'm very happy with OuterInner and their customer service even if they don't speak English perfectly. (Try your hand at speaking Chinese before judging!)"
"The site is legit, however, I will probably never order from them again. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding. The dress cost me $150 after all expenses. I chose to get it custom made as their size chart said I was a size 10, ummm yeah right, never been that size. I am 5'2" and 120 lbs. I measured all required areas five times each to ensure that I got them right. Well, I got my dress today and it is about a foot too long and way too big on the bust. So now I have to get quite a bit tailored. The dress is gorgeous, and is good quality, but not happy with the result as far as fitting.
Also after I made my order, I saw that they put the wrong shipping address, so upon trying to contact them, they only have an email contact. The product comes from China, but they should still have a time frame and a US number for calls. I hate using email to sort out issues. The emails were also very unprofessional and were written like a friend writing you with abbreviations and misspelled words. I have worked in the call center customer service field for about 5 years and really pay attention to service.
The only good thing was it got here pretty fast once it was shipped, only took 4 days."
" My name is Wnela Wallace. I'm a customer of outerinner.com. I was worried about ordering dresses on line but my bridesmaids are not in the same city as me so choosing a dress this way let us send links for the dresses we liked back and forth. I went to many stores before choosing the option of buying on line, but at the stores most dress are available in only one colour and limited sizes. At outerinner.com I found the prices good and they had a lot of choices. So far I have ordered 5 dresses from them. Two of the dress were not to my liking but the customer service did work hard to please me and we came to a compromise on both dresses. Because I found their prices very good I thought it was worth the gamble to order three different dresses for my bridesmaids so that they could inspect the quality and choose one. I just got my order today (only one week from the shipping date to arrive in Montreal Canada).
Some people would say this was a wast of money since I will only use one of the styles, but for me it was worth it. I had them take pictures of the dresses before they shipped them to make sure the were what I wanted. However I ordered the dresses in size 6 -according to their chart, and although a 6 should fit me well, I find them tight. I think will choose the 'custom size' when I make my final order. I also ordered some lingerie and I thought it was nice for the price, though I haven't tried them on yet. I didn't like all of the lingerie that what I ordered but at the price I paid I would have still been happy if I only liked half. My biggest complaint with this company is that the dress pictures are not very clear, even if you zoom in they are still fogy and this makes ordering difficult. Their English is not perfect but they do try hard. If anybody needs to contact me you can find me on facebook for more info. Over all I would recommend this company. Note; I had to pay an additional $19 duty on my $370 order."
