"Amazing seller! Me and my friends were looking for a bargain so we would save some money on the bridesmaid dresses for our friend's wedding! Then i found OuterInner and i must say that i was quite amezed with their service! OuterInner have not only very good prices as it have great assortment of products so we can choose from! I was just wondering about the delivery, once i live in Portugal, but the customer service replied very fast and even in Portuguese! The delivery was quite fast, we ordered the dresses on the 12th of February and they arrived on 6th of March, which was perfect because the wedding was only in April! "I have received my prom dress today, and I must say I am quite impressed with the quality. There is also a built in padded bra with adjustable band. I had mine custom sized, and fitting is perfect too.
Customer service was great too. They would respond right away, which I liked.
However, there was one thing I did not like:
I had to pay extra $52.09 for custom duty when the delivery man came to my house. I paid around $150 for the dress(including shipping) and paying that extra tax to receive the dress felt awful. Apparently, the reason was because the package was sent as "Commercial" instead of "Gift".
The dress price was cheaper than here in Canada, but with that extra $52 I have been charged with, I might have just bought a dress here instead.
Anyways, other than the custom duty/tax related problem, everything else was very satisfying. I might order again in the future, but thinking of paying that extra $52.. Hmm...I don't know."
