"Their website has items listed as in stock (in my case a Nikon D7500 DSLR Camera with 18-300mm Lens Kit 13532, which I can buy at a local store in its entirety) but they aren't and they send bits and pieces of the order weeks apart, I'm still waiting for two of the items in this kit. If you want to return the item they tell you that there is a 20% charge. I have both contacted them via phone and email and they will not give me full credit for the return. They told me that this is the way business works. I would NOT recommend this company, Buyer Be Ware!"

"I ordered a high end and very expensive lens from this company that was supposedly selling this lens at a great price. I called and spoke to "Max" before I ordered and he assured me it was ok to place the order, that everything was as it said it was on the site and that they were available. I placed the order and was then immediately sent a notice that it was on backorder and that they did not know when it would be in. They had just told me they had it! I called and customer service put me through to a "manager" named "Max". I was assured by him with a giggle in his voice that he was not the same Max that I spoke to before. Funny - two different Max's. (I honestly believe that no matter what male you speak to they are going to tell you that their name is Max). He told me that he was going to look and see what he could do for me and then call me back. Of course he never did. I do not believe that they ever had the lens at the price they offered and they are just telling me that they are out of stock. I am not sure if this company is even legit. And now I am wondering about what they are actually selling. They say it is new, but is it? Are they knock offs? Are they even selling anything or just collecting credit card information? I honestly don't know. Buyer Beware!!
