"I had to call multiple times to get my order processed. It was guaranteed to arrive by a certain day. I called the day before arrival because I had yet to receive tracking or a confirmation email. They tell me sorry for my inconvenience but the model had been recalled. They upgraded me for same price. Ok great. However, the order didn't ship. I had to call again and by this point I was upset and not as friendly or understanding as I had been for the past 5 or 6 phone calls. I had to fight and argue and the shipment was late. I needed the camera for a specific event. Going to Yellowstone national park to be exact. And the company's idea of making it all better was to send me another memory card. I would have canceled the order all together if I had the time or hadn't already paid this company. I am sure it would have taken months to get my refunded payment. So I waited some more. I would not likely purchase from this company ever again unless I had no other options. "

"After reviewing their web site, after I had checked out competitors including Amazon, I called into the sales group and rep patiently answered all my questions. I settled on a Canon 77D 24 megapixel DSLR with standard lens as I already had a USM zoom from my previous Canon Rebel. Received a package with all the bells and whistle plus upgraded flash, extra battery w/charger vehicle capable, tripod, filters, etc. It all shipped fast and when flash was missing, a single call got it on its way within 48 hours. The total price was maybe $40 more than strict web sellers but it was more than worth it, being able to talk to a knowledgeable human being.
