Great site for business projectors. Period.

"Wanted to share a great buying experience from NJA BuyDIrect & Save. These guys went above and beyond for our classroom projector.

We bought 20 units of Casio xj-w210wn and they gave us the best price and delivered on time as promised.

I waited to leave my feedback because I wanted to see how they handle the customer service because one of the units was defective.

I contacted Casio but their support was lacking when then led me to contact the seller, NJA - max told me not to worry.

He sent me a return label for the defective unit and shipped a new projector for us.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting that level of service.

Thanks again guys and I will be back.

Blowing me off

"Ordered a camera body from them, that transaction went smooth. Then they issued me a store credit which I used to purchase a aftermarket battery. It arrived DOA. Told them to send a OEM and I'd pay the difference. We agreed on a price and not only did they never send it but now they wont even respond to my emails. I have all the emails showing our conversations and the agreement. Think I should report them just out of principle. "

"I purchased my GPS and, even though there was a minor setback in the beginning due to operator error, received it in a very timely manner. After the support walked me through the error, I had my GPS in hand less than 5 days later AND they honored the original price I bought it at initially with free 2 day shipping. Great work guys!"

Never received product

"I don't want to bash the company, as others clearly have had great experiences, but would just like to share some confusion.

I ordered a camera on 2/21/19. 2 days later, I received an email saying that further verification was needed before my order would be shipped. Several days later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. The person I talked to said the issue was that the camera I ordered was outdated, so they were having trouble finding it in any of their warehouses (it was listed as in stock online). He said that if I upgraded the camera to a newer version, it would be able to be shipped quickly, with expedited shipping for free due to the inconvenience. Sounded great!

Then I got an alert from my bank to verify the charge from NJA, which I accepted. But my card was never charged. This happened 2 more times, and I even called the bank and spoke to a live person to make sure that an NJA charge would go through. I contacted NJA to ask about the status of my order and to tell them that the charge should be ready to go (on 3/6). Heard nothing back.

It's now been 5 weeks and I still have not been charged, nor have I received the camera, and NJA hasn't reached out to fulfill the order.

I will shop elsewhere, and will cancel the order if it ends up coming through down the road. Friendly people though!
