Well I went against my typical purchasing habits and ordered a fairly large ticket item "A7rii" from njaccessory.com.
I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the purchase of my Sony A7rii. Communication was excellent as well as the prompt service, highlighted by very competitive pricing.

"Bought a canon Eos R on black friday, the price was the best I could find online. As of today, december 10th, the camera hasn't even been shipped yet. I reached out multiple times through email and whatsapp for the past 3 days asking for a tracking number. They responded ONCE saying the camera ETA was 7 days to get here. Today I finally emailed them saying I was gonna cancel the order with my bank if they didn't send me a tracking number. I got a responde with a cancellation invoice for refund. I responded asking why were they cancelling the order instead of sending me the tracking number and they called me saying the camera is backordered and would take like 21 days to get here unless I wanted to pay 180 dollars for faster shipping then it would be here in 2 days. then they sent me a quote for the "new price" which is pretty much the same price on amazon or other websites.
Bottom line, I wasted almost 2 weeks waiting for a camera that was never even dispatched. Now I gotta wait for the refund to go through my bank so I can buy it from somewhere else. By now I wasted so much time I'll be forced to buy from sellers that offer faster delivery and pay even moer than I would normally.
This is probably the worst experience I've had buying anything online."
"At first, I was very skeptical about the price of the projector. I was concerned they were sending me a refurbished. Then I got even more worried and concerned as the change on my credit card came from a completely different company.
Just got the projector it is brand new and it is the original box. I will do more Bussiness without worries; these guys are for real and professional. Thanks!!

"I needed to order a camcorder for a non-profit event that was scheduled less than a week away after other AV plans fell through. I ordered a Canon Vixia G21 from NJAccessory with overnight shipping. There was a verification issue that could have blown the whole thing, except they called me the next day and walked me through it. Then they were unable to ship me the G21 because it was discontinued. Instead of leaving me to figure out other arrangements, NJ called me again offered to upgrade the camera to a G50 for free, minus a few of the accessories that I would have gotten with the G21, but still included a bag and other essentials. They still overnighted the package to me, and I received it in plenty of time to prep for my stream. I highly recommend this dealer. "
