"I had to return a monitor as it was defective. I forgot to include the power adapter, so I received an email that they were just going to ship the defective monitor back since it was incomplete. I called and spoke with Abbi. Vivelo. She really went above and beyond and was able to arrange a replacement monitor despite the missing adapter. She was extremely helpful and Newegg is outstanding!!"

"Wow! That is how I would like to start off this review. I have been wowed by Newegg and NewegBusiness customer service. I truly feel valued as a customer and that my business is appreciates. I had a one-off weird circumstance of a problem, which was my fault, but the representative never made me feel at fault or belittled be for my mistake. She genuinely advocated for me and resolved my issues in a timely manner. I could not be more satisfied with her level of customer service or of my resolution. Thanks again!!!"

"UPDATE: I was contacted by a NEB representative (David). He was professional & knowledgeable about the subject and with a little discussion we reached a fair and fully satisfactory resolution to my problem. I'm updating this review and my scores to reflect this.

Ordered two GTX 970 video cards and was running into problems with them which I figured was drivers, but only learned the truth once the whole 3.5gb+0.5gb = 4gb debacle came into the light with NVidia having been discovered to have, in my opinion, falsely advertised the cards' configurations and upon a lot of testing I have verified it has a significant performance impact for me. Nvidia initially posted saying to contact retailers for assistance and if you couldn't reach a resolution to forward your info to them (subsequently, they deleted their post stating this though it was widely reported by news sites).

I contacted neweggbusiness via email on Feb 1st 2015 and later received a response 2 days later (Feb 3rd) stating they would look into it and to please wait for a message back. It's night time on Feb 9th now (6 days later) and will be 7 days by the morning, but I have not yet received any further contact regarding the problem. I emailed a followup to ask if there was any update but got a canned auto-response saying it could be 5-7 business days (!!!) before I get an answer back again, which is really reaching to become a very long time to reach a resolution. I have shopped with newegg for many years but am disappointed with their handling of this issue.

"I ordered and received a printer, re manufactured. We had several laser cartridges for the old one of the same model ($$) and wanted one that would use the same.
Plenty available re-manned from NE. Don't no what was wrong with the new one but it to out the computer it was connected to, immediately.
So I have to return the printer, have new one sent, (paid for and will get credit when 1st one get's there) plus pay for the computer and getting everything back on it, ASAP as that is the book keeping computer. And have the tech here to check out replacement before it is hooked up so I don't go through this all over again. NOT HAPPY.
