From worry to wonderful

"I placed an order on a Monday, received a tracking number a day or so later, but noticed, that following Friday, the order still hadn't shipped and there was no true status on its arrival date. I was very worried as this PC was promised to a client within a week of its order date. I called Vinh at NewEggBusiness to request his assistance and he not only worked out a feasible solution, he made sure I was completely taken care of. My purchase will arrive this coming Monday, which should suffice for my client; an experience that, I'm confident, will have a wonderful ending."

Horrible customer support

"They refused to hold my package at the FedEx location because I paid with PayPal. The customer support representative was very unhelpful and even a little rude. This was my first experience with NewEgg Business and I know that it will also be my last. I have dealt with NewEgg in the past and never had any issues, so this was a big surprise and very disappointing. There are plenty of other places to shop online, so they should really re-think how they treat their customers."

Rose was fantastic!!

"Rose V. the customer service agent I talked to today on the phone was fantastic!! Not only did she get me directed to the company I needed to talk to, when talking to them still didn't resolve my issue she helped me get my item returned so I could purchase the correct item. Not being very knowledgeable on the item that I purchased I hesitated to even pick up the phone to make a call about my issue. I would highly recommend NewEgg based on this experience alone. Fixed my Toner Problems

"NewEgg is terrific! It's really easy to shop online, and the products arrive in a very short period of time (less than 7 days). I had an issue with a broken Toner, and called Customer Service.
Henry in Customer Service rocks! He took care of an issue I had with the Rosewill Toner Cartridge. It stopped working after 100 pages, and Henry replaced it with a new one.
Thanks Henry for being awesome!

And still......the very best computer and related equipment champion!

"I have been purchasing computer components from Newegg.com for over 20 years and during that entire span of time I have never had anything but an exceptional level of service. In my most recent transaction, some of the items I purchased were not from newegg, but some vendors they now have on their site. I was not aware of this situation when I made the order. The other vendor, Antonline.com, sent me the wrong items. To make a long story short, I had to pay to ship the 3 desktop PCs back to Ant Online and though they were unopened they charged me $151 restocking fee. I brought this to the attention of Newegg and they reimbursed the shipping costs as well as the restocking fee, and they weren't even the vendor in the transaction at all. Everyone should beware of Antonline.com as they are shady and have horrible customer service. I highly recommend that anyone considering a computer or electronics purchase should absolutely go to newegg.com and make the purchase with confidence. They have the best prices on most items, but even more importantly is their service after the sale is the best in the industry. Highly recommend "

"My chairs arrived damaged, no doubt from the Fed-Ex warehouse. This was the smoothest return and the nicest person to help me reorder my chairs. And threw in free shipping for my problems. I will be coming back to purchase from this company again!"

Fantastic customer service! Best in the business!

"I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from NeweggBusiness and it arrived with a damaged mousepad. I made a call to customer service and after just one automated prompt and less than a minute of waiting I was connected with Nick Stafford at customer service. He was able to quickly explain the return process and made sending the damaged product back easy. The replacement package took about 10 days to ship and was then delivered by FedEx to the wrong address. I made another quick call to customer service and was connected with Nick again! This guy is fantastic. He is very familiar with Newegg Business's policies and procedures and he had a positive attitude throughout the entire call. Things happen, and while I was not happy that it took Newegg Business almost 10 days to ship out my replacement laptop, any doubts I may have had about Newegg Business were eliminated because of the EXCELLENT customer service I received over the phone. I will definitely be ordering from and recommending Newegg Business. "

"I order from NewEgg on almost a daily basis and have for many years. I find the prices to be very competitive and the website easy to use. Products always arrive in the time frame specified. It is very rare I need to return a product but today I had an item that I ordered that was unneeded after it arrived. I called and a customer service agent issued a return authorization and emailed me a prepaid shipping label. Fantastic customer service."

"I purchased a desktop and additional memory from Newegg. At checkout I payed additional for 3 day delivery. This evening there was an email in my box that the memory had shipped, no mention of the my pc sooo I contacted a representative through chat and was informed that the 3 day delivery does not start until the item is picked up by the carrier and that's after a 1-2 day processing time. So that 3 day delivery you payed for does not even start for a minimum of 2 days, This is not explained when they are accepting your money,I just expected to see my pc in 3-4 days. Not going to happen. She did put in a ticket to check on my orders status. o bad there is no one in the warehouse right now to read it and check. So the computer that should be here on Wednesday ?Maybe Saturday? if not there is always next Monday. As for my computer, I can not say weather I am happy with it or not. I am rating the company at this point and at this point they offered, and took moneys, for a service a call center operator explained to me they can not deliver. If you can not deliver then dont offer the service. How much money do you think has been collected this year alone is delayed shipping charges? Nice side income if you ask me."
