Ordered Cancelled without notice - Account Suspended

"I placed an order and received a confirmation. Found out 3 days later the order was cancelled, my account was suspended. I was on hold for over an hour, just to be told they are not sure if I can have my account reactivated or not. It is a business account, I had everything I needed to prove my identity. Missed a deadline for a project, and had to use personal equipment temporarily to make up for it. "

Best In Its Class Customer Service

"Although my Computer buying experience with Newegg has been limited to only two times, my experience has been nothing but POSITIVE. Newegg Customer Service, is EXCEPTIONAL. My most recent purchase is the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet. When the computer arrived, it was delivered to me DOA (the computer wouldn't turn on). Then I called Customer Service to report the incident (on the Weekend). Mr. Liam William was able to arrange an immediate return of the computer for a replacement without delay, instead of having me wait till Monday to talk to someone in NeweggBusiness, which I now understand doesn't work on the weekends.
To my disappointment, however, when the replacement unit (ThinkPad X1 Tablet) arrived, it was delivered with the SEAL on the Manufacturer Box broken. And Mr. Liam William has now gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am sent a computer that has no Manufacturer defects (out of the box) or any associated problems. Good job Mr. Liam William.
I'll recommend Newegg to my fellow professional Accountants, colleagues and and friends, with complete confidence. NeweggBusiness your Customer Service is the Best In Its Class!!

Blown Wireless Card

"I bought a wireless card from NewEgg and after some difficulty trying to get it to work, I discovered through tech support the card was bad. The maker, ASUS, would not honor their warranty, stating it expired before I even bought the product from NewEgg. After going nine rounds with them and getting no where, I contacted Mandy at NewEgg. She, without hesitation, helped me with a return and is working on getting the product replaced. I can't recommend NewEgg anymore than I do with this. Customer service was fantastic and because of their willingness to help a client in need, I will do all my purchasing through them from here forward. Thank you NewEgg and Mandy. "

another reason we continue tod do busines with new egg. . .

"nothing dramatic, but due to one of those hypersensitive credit card algorithms, we wound up with a duplicate shipment of our order and i called in (on a Friday afternoon, no less) to arrange a return. Doreen was both extremely helpful and extremely good-natured: i can't remember ever having had that much fun dealing with any customer service rep. (and this was a damn sight more fun than dealing with the credit card company or the bank about their twitchy algorithm). so thanks, Doreen, and our return shipment is going out today (maybe) or tomorrow for sure.

Excellent company to do business with.

"I recently purchased from Newegg some computer and networking equipment for a new office that my company is opening. The monitors that I ordered were advertised by Newegg to include a display port cable. I was upset when i received the monitors with no DP cables. I was hoping to call Newegg and have them send me the cables at no cost to my company since they had advertised the products as including the cables. My first call was unsuccessful, the service rep told me it was the manufacturer's error and I should call them. I called the manufacturer and they told me that these monitors do not ship from factory with DP cables included. So this confirmed that Newegg had made an error in the product details on their website. I called Newegg back and spoke with a rep named Jess. I explained the situation to her and noted that we were planning on installing the equipment within the next few days so RMA of the monitors was not an option. Jess was extremely helpful, after a brief hold she explained that she got approval to send us the cables at no cost to us. Newegg even paid for next-day shipping! Newegg's customer service goes above and beyond the standard! We will be purchasing most, if not all of our Equipment from Newegg from now on!"

"I received an item that wasn't what I thought I ordered. Doyle, the Newegg customer service rep saved me the trouble of contacting the 3rd party seller and simply refunded the money. He also found the correct item for me.

It was only $13 but because he did that I'll continue to buy from Newegg.
