"I called support to request assistance with a couple of items that were faulty. We began the usual checklist of items to request and RMA. Once we got started we hit a couple of road blocks along the way. RJ was very understanding of my situation and really cared about what I had to stay. I really felt like He was invested to make sure I received the best experience as a customer even if it meant a more time and effort from him. Thanks RJ! "I had ordered a computer cable on-line from Newegg Business. When it arrived I discovered that it was what I ordered but was not the one that I needed. I called to see what I should do to return it .
David made the process easy and problem free. I told him that next time I need technical items
that I would definitely use Newegg again and will recommend them if the occasion should arise.

Newegg Business provides excellent service...

"I was recently preparing a new server using enterprise level SAS drives in a RAID array. These were connected to an LSI SAS RAID controller. Two of the drives would report an error in all hot swap drive bays. I contacted Newegg and they immediately arranged for replacement of the drives. Excellent service... Thank you Newegg!"

Hope they will fix the internet picture....

"We ordered a G3 MINI computer, and are happy with the machine (actually have just received a 2nd unit), BUT the picture on the internet shows a VGA port while the actual product only has Display Ports. NewEgg promptly shipped out an adapter, which works fine. However, when the 2nd unit was ordered, I specifically called to request an adapter if the unit did not have a VGA port. I was assured that it would happen. Well, it didn't. Same song, 2nd verse. I immediately called customer support, who was very helpful, and they are shipping me a VGA adapter. NOW, CHANGE THE PICTURE ON THE INTERNET! I told them about the discrepancy after the 1st unit, told them about the discrepancy when ordering the 2nd unit, and now maybe something will be done since I gave the poor customer service guy an earful. We'll see! But I love NewEgg, and will continue to make them my go-to for electronics.

Dave was awesome!

"I ordered a disk for our server expansion, and the S/N that was received was different than the S/N noted on the box. The disk had been installed by the time the error was discovered, and we needed a new disk before pulling out the 'defective' unit with the wrong S/N. Ramon botched the whole process, and I had to call in a second time. I got Dave, and he absolutely went the extra mile to fix the problems. He turned a potential nightmare into a great story of customer service, and you can bet I am going to ask for Dave every time I call....and you should, too! Great job, Dave, and thanks a ton for going to the extra work to make it right!!!!! :)"

Awesome PC; best buy I have made in years

"I selected the CyberpowerPC Desktop Computer Gamer Xtreme GXC780 at $1550 on 4/18/18 and it was delivered to my door on 4/20/18; just 2 days later. I had a little issue with the power switch and a quick call to CyberpowerPC Technical service cleared that up and I was back to running in minutes and I've never seen a smoother running and quieter desktop PC in my life. I was a bit apprehensive about Windows 10, but that was quickly remedied by installing StartMenuX so I could get that classic look and feel of WinXP that I have used for years. Although I don't have plans to do any gaming with this PC, I know it has the available horsepower to get 'er done if I should wish to later. And, now that my local ISP is providing me with 50+Mbs internet speeds, with this PC I won't be bottlenecked in taking full advantage of that ability. Lightning fast is now my experience, truly."

Missing Product Replacement

"I received an e-mail today indicating my package from Newegg was delivered, but no package was received. I called customer service and was told it would take 7-10 business days to investigate my claim.

When I indicated that time frame was not acceptable, I was advised I could reorder the product,but would have to create a new account. I did so and then could not log in. I did not realize that there were 2 separate Newegg systems for a business and private account and I was attempting to log into the wrong system. When creating the account it did not give me an option between the two account types. After having me reset my password, the representative figured out what the problem was.

I asked for expedited shipping and was told that I could not get free overnight shipping, but they would pay for 2-day shipping if I replied to their e-mail with an invoice number that would be issued later.

I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this simple and routine issue resolved. The representative was very nice and tried to be helpful but she was limited to what she could do by the awkward and bureaucratic system that she had to work with. I still do not have an invoice number and have no idea when that will be available.
