Great customer service

"I was helped in making a return for an open box item that was the wrong model. I wanted to get what I actually had ordered but the item was out of stock so a refund was done but still the help I received was awesome. Highly recommend. Thank you."

Good Customer Service

"Newegg has been a great website to browse and purchase many items over the years. Unfortunately, I ran into a poor interaction with a third party seller on their site. I purchased a laptop, but the third party seller (IPC Store) not only didn't have that item but sent me a simple desktop in its place. Newegg's customer service provided excellent service giving notice multiple times to IPC Store and helped me through the return process.

Newegg has been a great site, but they need to keep a close eye on the third party sellers that they deal with.

Problems with Panasonic-purchased through Newegg.

"I had a complex case with a Panasonic camera (still under warranty), they could not repair it at their plant nor could they tell me were to send it to get it repaired. After much back and forth (9 months worth), Newegg stepped in and saved the day by issuing me a rebate. I cannot tell you how happy I was about that. They have always stepped up to do the right thing. "A" number One on my list. "

Raz was the man

"I built a 2500 PC a month ago and during the process has a very bumpy road with new eggs customer service. I felt I wasnt treated like they cared about my business. I gave it one last shot a month later and happend to meet Raz. The guy is the epitome of excellent customer service. If NewEgg wishes to compete with big ecommerce companies it will only do so with more employees like Raz. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and taking care of me Raz. "

UPS Lost my Rack!

"I had ordered a 15U equipment rack and to my utter surprise UPS lost the darn thing! In a panic, I called New Egg and spoke with Alex explaining my situation. He immediately got the supplier on the phone, got a new rack on the way expedited service and handled the emergency promptly. His dedication to top notch Customer Service was demonstrated, and my customer delivery will be on time. Thanks to the folks at New Egg for being behind their products, and especially behind me, the customer.

David is the best!

"I had received an Apple iPad from an outside company working with NewEgg and found out that it was not compatible with my software for work. After reaching out and sending a few emails to that outside company and receiving no feedback I finally called NewEgg customer service. This is where I communicated my issue with the customer service representative David! He was able to reach out to that company for me and also asked that I follow up with NewEgg if hadn’t received anything after he had done so! Thank you David! Thank you NewEgg!
