Every fall I look for the best multicomputer price on antivirus (Webroot, used to use Kaspersky). I use Amazon or Monoprice for cables. With this (computer supplies) system, I have had no problems. "After researching graphics cards I purchased on from new egg. After installing the card, it did not function properly. I spoke with the manufacturer's tech rep and the chipset tech rep, both said the card was defective. called new egg and was offered a refund or replacement and took a replacement. After finding a better deal on Amazon, i and ordered one from Amazon. I called new egg to change from replacement to refund. I was told that the item was non refundable. After duplicating the online sales process like oriningally did, I could not find this info. I was told that it was there. I found this detail in small light blue text at the bottom of the page after the comparable items section...who goes to the bottom to look at anything? Compared to amazon that takes back anything or tells you right up front if it is non refundable, new egg ****."

"As a grown man I'm tight with my money and I though $60 for a year of Xbox live was crazy but I've bought 3 month subscriptions from other websites for an equivalent price. Upon receiving the digital code it allowed me access to Xbox live but not to game pass or EA play like every other previous purchased website had prior. I contacted customer service and was told sorry you bought it now it's yours. So screw Newegg and it's customer service I will NEVER USE THAT WEBSITE AGAIN."

"Pretty simple, really. I saw what was described as an unlocked phone of the model I wanted and I ordered. Then I spent 30 minutes trying to add ATT APN settings which would not save. I contacted google tech support (it's a google phone) and spent 40 minutes with them trying to add ATT APN settings with the same result. They looked up the IMEI number and informed me that the phone was Verizon locked.
