"Ordered a desk that was dropped off in the box damaged. I was put under the gun to get a refund because the seller gave us only 24 hours to respond or they would cancel our complaint. This dragged out for weeks. They gave us a "prepaid" label to return the item and when we packed it all up and took it to UPS they wanted to charge us $80 to ship it back. Called new egg again, filed a complaint with our bank and after days we were given another label and told to send it back. We sent it back a while ago and new egg is now refusing to issue a refund because we complained to our bank. They claim they can't issue a refund with a complaint pending but I had this happen before with pretty litter and they convince you to drop the charge and then don't pay you but you can't refile the complaint. So, as it stands, they are refusing to refund our money but have had the product returned for weeks and are trying to disarm us from a third party forcing them to give us our money back when all they have to do is refund it and produce a copy of the refund to the bank to disable the complaint. They have blamed the vender every leg of this journey but THEY charged us. Their problems with their vender is not my problem. They also declined our claim even though the package was recorded as being damaged when dropped off and after producing the photographs from setting it up and taking the pictures for their edification. They have dicked us out of so much time just for a desk it is unbelievable. Their BBB page seems to be down or I would have left this there."

NEWEGG DECIDED TO TROLL TO DEATH AND REJECT IT as it arrived with bent pins, it was a systematic attack once again and you can check online for more reviews. Keep in mind that the board purchased was " open box " and newegss team " made sure " its issue free before shipping it to customer. Scammers scammers and scammers.

I ordered an expensive Dyson item on the **** Friday sale on 11/29/21 and received a confirmation of my order and payment, and that it would be shipped within a day or two. I never heard anything else and after a week I called them. They then told me it was being shipped 'by one of their sellers' and they would email them and get them to contact me. WHAT? Their seller emailed me and said they 'didn't have the color' in the order (there was NO choice when ordering), and they said they 'only had purple'. I told them I didn't care what color I got, and why hadn't someone contacted me and told me any of this. They had no answer. They said since I would take the purple, they would 'ship is right away'. The next thing I know, a couple hours later I received another email saying they cancelled my order, with no explanation. It was now too late to find this popular hair dryer/styler anywhere else; They were sold out all over and all the sale prices were over. I ORDERED THROUGH NEWEGG AND THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAKING SURE I RECEIVED MY ORDER OR EVEN TO CONTACT ME!
There was no explanation as to why they just cancelled it after telling me it would 'ship right away'. If I hadn't called them a week or more after placing the order, I would still be waiting for something they had no intention of shipping. Suspiciously, I now see that the SAME DYSON PRODUCT IS LISTED FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE, AS IT WAS, ONLY NOW IT IS $100. MORE!
They obviously are NOT sold out! I can only conclude that they cancelled my order so they could now sell the item at the more expensive price. I would NEVER deal with these people again. PLEASE, if you read this, Newegg is a huge scam and they are crooks. DO NOT give them your business."

"I am going to make my long story short. Purchased a "Brand New" pc on 10/21... Received on 10/23 and that same day I called to notify of the issues. This PC had a CPU Temperature error and would not stay on passed 30 Seconds. I had to send it back which took another 5 days for them to receive the equipment. The equipment was received on 11/01, I was promised a 2-4 day process and a new one will be sent out. It is 11/18 on the day I write this review and I just received my first email from the company after my numeruos calls to inquire about the replacement. I ended up asking for a refund coincidentally the same day 11/11/21,they received word on the returned equipment. I was told the process would take 3-5 days... Once again its 11/18 and NOW is when this RMA was closed and I would have to wait ( you guessed it ) another 3-5 days... Once this ordeal is done, I would have exactly a month to finalize a process that other companies have finalized in hours... This company promises call backs and emails, for nothing ... If I could have put 0 stars , believe me I would.. I honestly wish the CEO or someone from corporate were to take their time and read this message or even listen to their recorded calls... That company is a shame"
